“Very good is insufficient to describe the EXCELLENT experience we have had with Moda. From our initial visit to Caterham and our discussions with the outstanding Bella, who was so efficient and helpful without being pushy, to our delivery and assembly team of Pete and Paul who arrived ahead of time today and could not have been friendlier, cheerful and helpful. One small glitch was that the storage box lacked a fixing hole which they dealt with on a temporary basis and assured us that a new box would be delivered and assembled as soon as possible. The totality has been the best experience of customer service we have had for a very long time; I wish more companies followed such an policy.”

“Have had a few delays with delivery over the last few months but the two guys (Dave H and Craig O) who came to deliver my fire pit insert into my table we’re brilliant and went above and beyond. They have gone a long way in restoring my faith in Moda. The fire pit looks great too. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.”

“The furniture was delivered and assembled by two very professional, friendly and polite men. Craig O and Dave H were absolutely fantastic and made sure we were happy with the furniture before they left. I cannot recommend them highly enough; the furniture is comfy too, looks nice and meets our needs. Big shout out to these two guys please!”

“Excellent customer service and excellent products. Customer service helped answer questions about the sofa ahead of placing the order. Really clear on website about the products and also delivery timelines. Received order within 4 working days of my order. Paid for the installation service which was excellent. Team delivering were quick, polite, friendly and tidy. Highly recommend.”
