“I am delighted with my new moda furniture. Customer service staff have been helpful throughout. I opted for my order to be constructed upon delivery and this was extremely well done by Andy and Bugdan.”

“You delivery drivers, Louis and Anthony were excellent. Very courteous, speedily assembled the furniture as we wanted it and took away the waste. They also showed us how to use the fire and helped deal with the missing piece. Would recommend them!”

“Your guys that came today were very helpful and did a good job! prior to today we have been very disappointed, you have sent out orders with out checking what is in the boxes. We have had missing parts and damaged components !! You have also sent fitters with the wrong parts. Overall the management side of your business is very poor and considering what you are charging I feel we should be compensated.”

“Moda delivery team Alex & Theo visited yesterday. They called in advance and arrived on time, their manner was polite and friendly and not only completed the exchange but answered questions relating to other products. Moda after sales care is the best we have experienced in many years.”

“I was really pleased with my Moda Talia 2g furniture, it looks fantastic in my garden. I was sent a message to give me a rough delivery slot and then a phone call to confirm when 30 mins away. Damion. C and Jason. G delivered and assembled my furniture and removed all of the packaging to a very high standard. I am extremely pleased I chose Moda for my garden furniture”

“The whole process from ordering through to delivery has been fantastic. The product looks great and is very good quality. Leon and Yaz were very polite and professional in both the install and explaining how the various elements of the furniture worked. Highly highly recommended.”

“Customer service were extremely helpful and were able to answer all of my questions immediately. Delivery was easy to change to a more convenient date and the delivery team Rob and George were extremely helpful making sure the furniture was placed and set up how we wanted it and demonstrated how to use the fire pit. Thank you”
