“Great service and updates about delivery of furniture. Fantastic, friendly delivery service from Rob and George who kept me updated me on their arrival and also when they were delayed by traffic. Would highly recommend”

“Collection of a faulty piece for repair. Collection team, Theo & Aaron were very helpful however as it has taken over 10 months to finally get to the situation where the item was picked it is unfortunate that the same can't be said of the rest of the support team. In view of the time taken to sort out so far we are very dubious that Moda will ever return the repaired item to us but hope to be proved wrong”

“Fantastic company to deal with. Was updated by email when the furniture was ready for delivery (there was an 11-14 week delay when ordered) and was updated on the day of a 3 hour delivery spot. Delivery drivers Rob and George texted with a 30 min warning of delivery and updated me again when they were delayed by traffic. They did a great job of putting the furniture together for me and clearing all packaging at the end. Could not recommend highly enough”

“I have been so impressed with Moda Furnishings. They have kept me up to date on deliveries, let me split my delivery when part of the furniture came in earlier, let me know specific times they were able to deliver and called shortly before delivery to let me know they were nearby. Daniel in deliveries was very helpful on the phone too.”

“Theo and Aaron are absolutely lovely! Delivered on time, extremely efficient at moving the furniture with care, very friendly and personable (especially with me being a mess with my new 3 week old newborn). I was able to open the side gate and leave them to it which was really helpful and made me feel at ease with COVID safety.”

“Moda were a little bit more expensive than some of the other options we looked at but we were happy to receive a great product and very friendly delivery from Louis & Anthony! Our garden feel summer ready now!”
