“Phone call and text message (even earlier than expected) from Leon (and John). They confirmed what they were here to do, offered help but I did t require collecting an item from out back, and asked what had been wrong with the previous product. Pleasant experience.”

“We would like to commend your company and staff for their efficient and professional service in all departments. The product was delivered when expected and the delivery men were excellent in proficiency and problem solving when the outdoor sofa became stuck in the corridor outside our main door. They remained courteous even though they had carried it up 5 floors of the building. Thank you for refunding our money in full. We would certainly recommend to you others.”
