“Shocked and disappointed, I returned some items in one package for almost 63$,but i only got refunded 2$???????. Is this how you do customer service? I will never deal with this company again. Shame!!!!”

“Extremely frustrating. First they recorded and ordered delivery to the wrong address. Nobody was home at the wrong address, so they sent it back. I ordered in March, it is now June, and I still have no refund. I have waited nearly 2.5 months and they are making me wait indefinitely for a refund and are telling me they have not yet received the package and can only process the refund once they have the package. They refuse to give any sort of definite timeframe and simply expect me to wait for a refund indefinitely. Every customer service representative I speak to tells me something different: one says they've received the package and I will be issued a refund, the other says I can't get a refund because they don't have the package. When I request a confirmation in writing of what they tell me on the phone (so I don't have to go around in circles with every new phonecall), they refuse to do so. I do not recommend.”

“Very poor service .First order was lost in delivery and received the money back after a month and a half . Gave them another chance , Got some items from the site where they advertisd saying it will arrive before Eid and they express posted everything , do not fall for it that's a lie . They have resheduled my order for after Eid ,so no Eid clothes for me this year . P.s Dissapointing Support team , Never reply to the emails .”

“I have tried for 6 months to be reimbursed for a package never received. The company gave me the runaround for six months and refuses now to reimburse me or even give me store credit. Deplorable business ethics.”

“This is the first and the last time I will order something from them. They are not genuine. First of all, The dress I got was not the same as the picture, The belt was missing. And when I asked for refund, I was told that they would reduce 7.20 pound for express shipping plus 5pind for delivery. I paid 25 pound and what I would get back from them is 12 pounf which does not make sense especially that's not even my fault. I should be getting the full refund. Anyways I just advise people to stay away from ordering from thic company as they are joke. Will never get something from them.”

“I have had a very bad experience with Modanisa. They lie and trick their customers. I bought some clothes 7 months ago but then returned them because they were not like the image they had shown, they were torn and the material was very bad. I returned the clothes 6 months ago but they have still not given me a refund of my money. I have asked them multiple times to give me a refund because I returned the clothes but they keep saying that they did not receive the clothes and they lie. By doing this they take the clothes back and keep the money. Do not buy clothes from Modanisa because they clothes you order are not like the image they show, the material is very bad as it gets fluff really easily and rips, the thread comes out , sometime they give you clothes that are already ripped and they do not give a refund when you return the clothes!”

“Absolutely shocking ! How this company is trading and it's operational matters in the UK or elsewhere. Rip off Miselling 3for 2 offers doesn't match up with the basket total. Misrepresentation and deceiving customers. Also the discount they claim to offer ie 50% plus an additional 20% does not match up , they are overcharging and this is an abuse of the consumer rights . Please check yourself with the discounts they claim they offer it doesn't match up . I spoke to customer service and they say the managers not available . Please stay well away from this company”

“I ordered some crews and scarves. Which turned out a very bad quality. I ended up returning everything. It's been 3 weeks I am still waiting for refund. Chased customer service but everytime they say still chasing my account. This is the worst customer service I have ever came across in my life. Waste of money and time. Don't ever buy anything from them.”

“Poor and cheap quality compared with price they are charging and also the sizes are really really really bad I hope from the ladies before they place an order to read the experiences we have been and still going through because once you pay the money it’s gonna it’s a hassle don’t waste time money and then energy fighting for your rights as a customer that was a gentle free advice from my experience with them...,”

“I received my order today and it’s was a tragedy OMG the sizes were wrong and can’t tell you about the poor quality compared with the prices I paid awful experience I had with Modanisa won’t repeat it never with them because return impossible because I’ll pay double what I have paid for the items can’t express my disappointment , imagine the same time same company same size the only difference is the colour and the surprise is one small from the other faulty item and tow skirt s with the same exact issue faulty item one shoes I ordered suppose to be 39 it’s like size 37 didn’t even feet my toes I wanted to be your regular customer but you modanisa suppliers wrecked it for me won’t advise anyone to order from you I’ll warn them not do so :( :(. :(”

“The worst company ever. They will not refund you the correct money. They claim that there is a return charge which is not mentioned in the return process. The case was opened through Paypal and Obdusman. DO NOT TRUST THIS TURKISH CHEATER.”

“I ordered the clothes on 30% offer but when I recieved the items I checked the bill and was charged with only 10% off. Rang them and was told it's cos I was the first buyer it automatically takes it off. Didn't get extra 20%. When I asked to speak to a manager. Was told someone will call back but still not heard anything. Very dissapointed.”
