“I am disappointed very much again. last week I ordered Refka Basics sweatshirt high neck, small. today I recieved it, it looks soo bad, so wide that I look like as if I am wearing a bag or something, it lakes any shape whatsoever. this is not the first time to be disappointed , also around ayear and a half I also ordered something, and it looks aweful. pls modanisa close your shop. disgusting!”

“modanisa is the worst website. i ordered clothes from their about a month ago and last week it shows that it was delievered to my house but i checked my cameras but nothing was delievered so i contacted them through emails but modanisa never replies back. its the worst webiste i am not buying anything from there again.”

“First received an e mail that my package delivered, which is not true and when I send them e mails they send me after hours my package. And I have checked that the material for the jacket very bad, and i order 2 bonnets, I have received a piece of fabric.”

“I ordered many times, and it is hit or miss with every order! my last order was a miss, not so much the quality but the sizing, all skirts were very tight. On other orders I had one dress that came ripped and a couple of dresses that were seethrough, great for modesty hey! And very snug dresses that I cannot wear outside. You can get great quality or awfully cheap? depending of the brand you get, it's too much of a hassle. I only had a problem once regarding missing parcel but it was sorted, that was 4 years ago. So I gave them lots of chances, time to move on. It won't let me upload a photo of the size 46 dress than can only look large on a XS person”

“I ordered some clothes and it never arrived. Everytime I call them they tolde that they have opened a case for me to look it up. But more than a month has been passed and still I dont know anything about my delivery. I asked them for a refund and they said they need to recall the product and once they receive it they will issue a refund within 14 days. Awful experience. Do not recommend at all.”

“I spent £110.91 at Modanisa in August, they sent me out one dress which was part of my order, the bag seemed rather small for having ordered 9 items, it was also filled with black scrunched up paper. I have had to do all of the contacting, twice I asked for a manager to call me the same day which I was promised both times and I had to wait 3 days both times. They keep closing my case and saying the package was delivered, but only 1 item was inside, the manager said the items would have all been packed together. I previously ordered 4 items from them and they were sent in a much larger package. They sent me CCTV footage that is 'PROOF' they sent all of my items out, the CCTV shows 2 women packing orders of 3 items max. The man behind them has a large order at his station but does not pack it. I've been promised a same day phone call since 20th November 2020 and it is now 8th January 2021 and still NOTHING. They keep blaming Hermes for not delivering the items or implying they'd taken items out of the package, I told them I received the package and it's not damaged/opened and then they say they'll investigate it and then they close it without telling me, and I find this out when I have to contact them again because I haven't heard from them. I am still owed £92.92 from this company as they sent me 1 dress out of my 9 items. It's been almost 5 months, and I am no further forward. I have sent them all evidence and still waiting for them to resolve it. They don't want to refund me or resend me the items and the manager has tried to call me a liar because the dress I received was part of my order. I don't understand how 8 items go missing!? I 100% would not recommend, the quality of the clothes are not the greatest but they do have beautiful designs and they are priced pretty low. It is hard to buy nice fashionable modest clothing and now even harder when the only half decent company tries to scam you. Also their UK numbers do not work, I requested a call back on their website and someone from Dubai speaking Arabic called me, I only know the bare minimum of Arabic so could not understand. If they ship to different countries they should have customer services in all languages of countries they ship to.”

“It’s so weird that I close my payment gateway upon purchasing an item because a change of mine & few seconds after I received an order confirmation notification. Reading the comments about how the items were never received make me realize how lucky I am to be indecisive. 🙃”

“I have ordered from Modanisa on 27/11/2020 items worth £106 pound I still haven’t received anything and the number they have written on their page isn’t correct number and no one responds to email.. I am really upset I need my money back.. very disappointed customer I will never order anything from you never!!”

“Modanisa is a genuine website, the dress I ordered was gorgeous in style but the material quality is horrible. All the details in the material was coming off. I will still buy from them again, just suggest that they use good material.”

“This site is a scam, i spent around 170$ for stuff I never received. I tried to reach them several times eventually I received an email from them said that your issue has been solved but I never received my package nor the money back I contacted my bank to despuite the purchase . Never ever try this site”
