“I like modanisa. Their size charts confused me at first but now i got used to ordering the right size now. Their dresses are usually very long but i’m just short so no complaint there. My orders arrive in a week or less. I’m just sad that one of my dresses didn’t come with a belt like it was supposed to and their customer service is terrible. Last time i ordered the wrong sizes and wanted to cancel before they sent it to me, and they never responded to my email and i can’t wear those clothes anymore.”

“I have ordered 3 sets of nightwear, upon receiving the order, I was surprised that I have received one piece for each set.
When I contacted the customer services team to complain, the answer was that the nightwear only consisted of one piece, bearing in mind that this information was not mentioned on the order, & how can I know what I'm ordering?? the shirt or the pant???
It was my first time to order & will be the last time

I love modanisa app and their clothes, really affordable for all budgets. I have ordered before and was really pleased.
Unfortunately they have hidden charges so be careful. I ordered 26 items for the girls in my house and was charged an extra £11 for delivery when the delivery was free. When inquired they said I had to place an order of 12 items or below. They don't clearly display this information you have to read the small print. So basically the less you buy the better you are. That's a new way to do a business. So I would not be buying from modanisa again and would not recommend to my family and friends. There are other platforms that offer the same range of clothes. “The worst online store I’ve been seen in the past couple of years horrible experience very very late deliveries when we speak about the clothes is like a whole another level of disappointment! it’s like expectation vs reality shopping. Very bad quality horrible materials if you washed three times it’s already for a trash sizing is not realistic and to short us well even if you order a bigger size to fit won’t fit you accept if you are not 150cm and when you try to return something you need to cover international shipping you self in order to return back to them so you can eventually get your money back but that will not gonna happen either because they’re going to say that they haven’t receive the return package”

Modanisa are liars. They told us that we will get 75$ voucher i 1 april. But we have never get any. We call their customer service and start an isue. Later that week we get an emeil saying that the case is resolved but not telling how it was resolved. Will never buy from them again. They are far from being serious businessmen.

“I received my parcel 1 week late from the schedule. At first I was worried because in Modanisa system, it said parcel delivered even though it was not. So I directly contact the courier service that should send my parcel. And they updated me about my parcel. Alhamdulillah I received my parcel safely.
For the clothes design, I like it so much.. I have no knowledge about the material, material was ok.
I just drop my 2nd purchased.”

It happened to me twice items are missing in parcel. Once i accepted with missing order as they asked to not accept the package if its damaged.
Second time i received damaged package which i return to the delivery person. After that where my package goes no one know r acknowledge because the delivery guy update the status that it delivered.
Company does reply to your problem they owe me 130£.”
“I am beyond disappointed in how Modanisa tells you one thing through a campaign and lies about it after. They recently had a campaign if you spell 75 dollars you’ll get 75 dollars cash back to use on your April purchase.. spoke with customer service and they told me 75 cash back IF you spend another 200. No where did it say that. This was not written on the campaign rules and this is extremely unprofessional. I will no longer be doing business with this company and I wanted to chair with others to be careful with this company.”
“I did receive my package after just a couple of weeks (I live in the USA), however the quality of the clothes is not as I thought they would/should be. They are see-through, light materials. As someone who wears the hijab this made me very disappointed. They look nice, yes, but I don't agree with their prices. You could probably buy similar things for cheaper price. If you must, you can buy from them, but I wouldn't recommend right away.”
