“I ordered some really beautiful looking clothes in August,but I actually never recieved it. At first I got an email saying the order is delayed. I though for myself, that this could happen and was thankful, that they told me beforehand about it. But I waited more than a month without any kind of notifications. So I decidednti reach out the customer service. The first impression was again quite good. Got an email, that my problem reached them. But afterwards: nothing. Really nothing. So I contacted them on Instagram, but they didn't answer until I commented one of their posts. Then they wrote, the customer service will contact me, which it did and like a miracle my order was going to be delivered a few days later. But it didn't. I got an email, in which they wrote they could not reach anyone at home and I have to go get it myself in the nearby package station, which is again totally fine. But the package number they gave me does not exist. They don't have anything with my name nor the number....
This feels like a scam. I so angry and won't stop commenting and reporting them. What an audacity they have to act professional. I want my money back, asap!”

On the app, when I press track my order, it just froze there. I did not get any response from them at all!! Disappointing! This company is a fraud!!! “Cheap clothing, meaning not quality, so don't expect anything more. Great to wear for a short period of time. Hand wash gently and hang to dry. You absolutely have to order 2 or 3 sizes up! Maybe their sizing is different in their country.”

“I ordered a few items from Modanisa. I ensured the prices were in AUD yet I was still charged in US dollars. When my items arrived they were such poor quality and over priced. Trying to return them was difficult (the website claims easy returns), their customer service was poor. I couldn't return the items in time due to corona delays, I sent a few emails but to no avail, now I'm stuck with the items, never ordering from Modanisa again.”
“I am a UK size small (size 10) and I ordered Size M from Modanisa as the dress doesn't have a zip or nothing. You have to put it through the head. It says size M on the label but its actually and extra small size as it won't even go through my head! They won't even refund or exchange free of charge. Its their fault not mine! They made it too small and written size M. I don't know what to do now am very disappointed waste of my money!!!! My job is at risk due to covid-19 and its just an extra stress now. I also ordered 2 skirts size 12 these both fitted me but the quality was very poor. I wanted to return but its too complicated so I am just wearing those. “My wife ordered 32-33 items on July 21st and we paid about $ 500, but we got nothing on September 4th today. I contacted customer service several times - about 10 times - they told me "We will get back to you as soon as possible or the investigation is ongoing" but it has been around 46 days since my order, I could not get any relevant and satisfactory information from them. “very bad service! I received a bag i ordered with a white spot and the zips were faulty and getting stuck. I wasted so many emails and chatted with 4 reps online on refunding my money back, but nobody paid any attention. It is like talking to the wall.
Every week i would get a reply stating that my case is closed with no explanation whatsoever !! I tried calling and they kept disconnecting on me after their Turkish greeting.

I called them and then only they informed me that some of the dresses are not available and already made a full refund, without even asking me. I would have chosen to send me the other dresses.

“Found many good item & made my 1st order. Apart from order confirmation, I received no updates . Items weren't as top quality as shown in pictures, but their ok. Scarves were very thin though.
When trying to return one item (sizes run smaller btw). I relentlessly called the number they provided, no response. And was diverted to a mailbox that "was not set". Sent an email, to be shocked that I HAVE to pay 9.90$ for Express shipping to US address if I want a quick refund (despite dropping it at a UPS point), or send the package to an address in Turkey & wait two months for refund!!!!
I felt cheated out of my money & no justification for the $9.90 from my refund”
