“Ordered bags. Price was good (they were on sale) Delivery respectful of timing they gave.(about 12 days) to doorstep. Quality was ok for one bag. quality of other four bags amazing!. I would upload photos but this site not permitting option.”

“I ordered a certain size and they send me a wrong size. I ordered size 48 and I recieved size 46. How irritating 😠 and I have a screen shoot of my order and i took a picture off the size to prove that it was there mistakenly . They should resend me a new one or even refund my money and take there product. I send couple off emails no reply. Someone should take action against these company .”

“Modanisa have good quality clothes. website is easy to navigate however i did realise that there was no order confirmation sent to my email not to worry though because you can easily track your parcel from the account. Customer service assistants were friendly. It is very hard to reach them by email because i have noticed they don't reply so instead i use the chat feature on the website and get hold of them all the time. Delivery did take 10 days for me so i had to keep checking in with them about what was happening with my parcel.”

“I bought a dress from Ceylan Otantik via Modanisa. The quality was horrible. It is definitely not worth buying it. I wouldn’t even pay $ 1 for the poor quality item!”

“the clothes is amazing i love it good price i was kinda worried about shipping but the fedex website was not working properly but other than that i love it and i repeat i was only worried because of fedex”

“Modonisa is false advertising, sizes are far too small & material is cheap. Dress size 18 is more like a size UK 12. To pay for returns on goods that are false. They don’t reply & wasting money on returns. Avoid at all cost return procedure is no better they automatically deduct payment even though the package was not even that much in weight. Would rather take it to post office have it weighed. Better still free returns!!!! That way I wouldn’t mind ordering and sending back if fitting was too small. Bust44, waist 39, hips 46. The dresses are not made for women like me. Quality of material is poor, customer service is bad, refund policy is bad, sent numerous e mails never got a reply. Should not have to pay for returns on goods that are poorly made. Size chart does not tally with body measurements. Modonisa take account not all women figures are the same.”

“Paid over £80 for delivery charge for a large order. Have tried contacting them several times no response. My order has gone awol. They finally called me back today and said it will come within 2days. Asked for a refund on delivery as they have failed to give my order when expected they go that delivery charge is for the shipping company not for modonisa. They don’t understand the basic of customer service. The worse part is there is a language barrier!! For such a large company they need to hire people that can fluently speak multiple languages because they did not how to to respond to my reasoning. It’s ridiculous. They stated management will only reply via email and it has already been 5days since I emailed them! DO NOT SHOP HERE.”

“one of the worst services I have ever seen, A package have been submitted for a refund for over 2 months now and no resolution (the amount isn't refunded) Every time I call the customer service center they say we will resolve the matter within 24 hours. after I hung up, I receive two emails to my inbox. One that says we opened the case the other says the case is closed!”

“the worst sort of place i have ever ordered from, i placed an order on the 11th june, i received no item and every time i contacted them i was told WAIT! it is the 27th July and i have contacted this rip off company for my money back on numerous occaisions. every single time they have said they are looking into the matter. this company is quick to take your money but very very very slow to give it back! i would never ever buy anything from this rip off bogus place ever again. stay away everyone not worse waiting your money!!!!!”

“No words really can describe the frustration of dealing with modanisa. 3 months now I still don’t have my shipment. Customer service told me to contact Aramex. I went there in person and Aramex says they’ll deliver but they never did. Requested a refund coz I’ve been using money to go to Aramex more than what the shoes cost so what’s the point. Up to this day no calls goes through to modanisa and customer support just says they’re sorry. Now I’ve given up and leaving the country soon anyway”

“Awful experience! Horrible customer service. Won’t refund even £10! Horrible customer service. Don’t buy from them! If your order needs to be returned then you will have to cover the entire expensive shipping cost and if any item was missing from the order you won’t get any refund for it nor are they willing to help you in any way.”

“They are thieves. I will not buy from them and I don’t recommend them to any one. I ordered some items from them then I changed my mind second day and called them to cancel the order. They told me every thing is okay and my order has been canceled after 2 weeks I found the package in front of my door. I called them more than 20 times to return it back and refund my money. After many tries one from customer service send me label to return it back. I printed the label and send the package 6 months passed and they didn’t refund my money and didn’t respond to my emails. They are thieves.”

“Horrible customer service! I was Charged shipping when shopping supposed to be free, I called customer service. They said "on web somewhere in campaign section it says 12 items 1 free shipping." Which again does not say on home or anywhere on front page that look for something called campaign section and read that before ordering. Technically I ordered 28 items. So I guess my fault that I ordered 28 items and gave them more business! I shouldn't have! On top of all that received wrong colors.live chat, emails, 4 phone calls, and its over a month. No response! They definitely don't care about growing business! Worst online shopping experience! NO FUTURE BUSINESS WITH MODANISA!”

“everyone out there who is about to order or is thinking about ordering is making a massive MISTAKE. IT IS RUBBISH!they try to act like they have a wide range of clothes by adding the same clothes but with different colors, how pathetic. there modelling is horrendous. Prophet Mohammed (SAW) SAID " MUSLIMS SHOULD NEVER JUDGE" I should not so you can order at Modanisa as it is your choice but i would not. Assalmualykum sisters and brothers.”
