“Rug wasn’t at all as it looked in the image on the website, it looked very cheap when arrived. Although they do accept returns, it is at your own cost-£25 to return a medium sized rug! Although I wasn’t happy with my purchase, I found their customer service to be good.”

“The website is easy to navigate around and the prices are the lowest in comparison to other retailers. After I placed my order, I was informed about the out of stock issue and offered a choice of refund or other rugs, I decided to wait. Then they restocked my order and it was delivered within few weeks. The product arrived in good condition and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase.”
