“The rug was not available as stated when first ordered, but the firm was apologetic and rather than simply cancelling my order, as another firm had done, gave me the option of putting it on reorder, which I did. It arrived a couple of weeks behind original schedule but in good order and is a lovely rug with which I’m very happy.”

“Would have given 5 stars, as the actually rugs I purchased are really lovely. Well made, soft and look more expensive than they were. The delivery was a let down, took longer than estimated and I had to email twice asking where my rugs were.”

“We enjoyed our new rug a lot as it easy to move around when we need to open the couch, lovely colours , great design the only drawback is that it is harder vacuum because we chose the no backing option”

“Was unable to supply original order,and eventually had to settle for another one. The website was misleading as the original rug we intended to buy indicated it was in stock. Customer service was first class and we are satisfied with the alternative.”
