“Ordering process was straight forward. Love the rug. I was desperate to get away from bland creams and greys, so this was perfect with its rich, earthy colours. It looked lighter in colour on the website, but I still love it. Delivery was slower than I would have liked, but I have got used to things arriving within a couple of days. This took over a week. It was worth waiting for though.”

“A good match with the online photo and description. A bit difficult to lie flat as the packaging curled the edges very tightly - but otherwise very satisfactory.”

“The rug is beautiful and quality described as per website. However customer service is very bad, a few weeks after purchasing on the website I was notified the item was out of stock. I also requested my order be cancelled as the new expected delivery date was too late. However my emails were ignored.”

“Good website site. Plenty off choice and easy to use. I did have to make an enquiry into delivery as I expected it a bit quicker but I was probably being inpatient. I had a prompt reply to my enquiry and am happy with my purchase”
