“The rug that we ordered is very good and exactly as expected. My only slight niggle is the time it took to arrive (it had to be shipped from Germany), and the lack of update communication from the company. Nevertheless, it is a really nice rug and the colour is portrayed accurately on their website.”

“Modern Rugs kept me up to date on the arrival of my rug. The delivery company wasn't so good. I nominated a place for them to deliver my rug to but despite this they still brought it to my home when I wasn't in. It meant that I had to wait a another day for it to arrive. Which was slightly annoying but the lovely rug made up for it!!”

“The rug I ordered is exactly what I wanted. Have had rugs from you before and can’t fault the quality. With this order I have only said 4 stars as we paid for delivery by 12.30 and didn’t receive it until after three .”

“The main thing to say is that the rugs are beautiful and more than match the items on the website. I was a bit disappointed with the free non-slip underlay because free meant one panle when at least four were needed for the two rugs. That aside I would still buy here again because the quality of the rugs I wanted is so good.”

“Good selection and quick delivery. My only little niggle is that the runners I bought for my hall were so tightly rolled that they are taking an extremely long time to lie completely flat still have roll marks.”
