“Really impressed with the quality of the rug for the price. Would definitely buy from the site again. Dispatch was really quick after I'd ordered. The only downside was using UPS for delivery - they weren't the best for tracking the parcel or making alternative arrangements for delivery. Modern Rugs service was great!”

“Easy site to use and quick dispatch. let down only by UPS who delivered to the wrong local shop, not the one we had chosen which led to some confusion. But it was Christmas so a busy time for deliveries.”

“Ordering was easy. The rugs are good quality and the pile on them lovely and soft. I bought the non slip underlay too. They took a few working days longer than anticipated to arrive however I am very pleased with the service and the rugs and recommend Modern Rugs.”
