“Lovely rug really pleased especially for the price, delivery a little slow though.”

“Excellent rug and quick delivery. Only thing I would fault is that the delivery driver was leaving outside and as quite big not much good for my 82 year old mother to struggle with. Luckily she had a decorator here who brought it in for her! Hence 4 star. Look at your couriers and c if they are up to the job really!”

“I bought three rugs 2 through Iroka and one online they are excellent quality you do not get the 5 star because I am still trying to get rid of the burnt rubber smell I presume from the back of the rug when I open up in the morning it just stinks of like a burnt rubber/chemical smell I sprayed it a lot and it's getting weaker its the online one that smells”

“Good prompt delivery. Unfortunately the rug didn't suit my lounge so had to pay exorbitant amount to send it back - no free returns. But good communication from company and prompt refund.”

“Forgot to dispatch my order, but they quickly took action when I called them. The rug arrived without stain guard, so again I had to call them and they refunded £5 fir je to go and buy it. If they got their act together they would have had 5* fron me, for both rug quality and customer service response.”

“I have ordered rugs from Modern Rugs in the past and have received my items within a few days. This time I ordered "Calcutta Green" but I received "Grace Green" which has a mid-green background rather than the dark green background I wanted. Because my husband liked it, however, I decided to keep "Grace Green".”
