I did not like the pants and after spending a long time on the website trying to figure out how to return them, finally received a label to download. The dress had a very large stain on it. They told me not to bother returning it and that they would send me a new one. Based on this, I returned the pants only. I then received an email saying the dress was out of stock and to return it — AT MY OWN EXPENSE - for a credit to my non existent Modlily account. I said I wanted a refund and they are refusing to give me one, even thought the item I received was defective. They have now sent me an email saying the pants I returned were not in an acceptable condition and had to be destroyed and will not refund me. I returned them immediately, in their original packaging. This is a HORRIBLE company. Indian owned. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!”
