I get either an AI generated response or someone who does not speak English fluently and so to get any kind of information is impossible. My items sat in an LA shipping facility for weeks. Everything arrived on 12/9 which was after my party. They will not refund a single penny and none of it is returnable. This was my first and last time using them. “They should have a zero on here for what I think of this company. Ordered several swimsuit tops and bottoms back in June. Never received. Said it shows delivered to check with the neighbors. Have no neighbors. So they offered to reship. Showed delivered but never received. They offered to refund a portion of my money back to my card back in August. Still haven’t received my refund and it is now the middle of November. When you email them you just got a response that they are working on it but they are behind on refunds. If they are that far behind on refunds then I have to assume that nobody is receiving anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and just give you the run around until you finally just give up.”

They were pictured as 3/4 sleeves and that's what I got the first time but the exchanged shirts had sleeves so long they completely covered my hands!!! What actually happened? I got my shipment sooner than expected, and all the items were true to size.
I am very satisfied with this company.
now to be fair I haven't worn the suits in chlorine yet and I don't know how durable they are but with all that being said shipment was prompt, quality was good, size ran true.
I will be ordering from them again”
