“Took about 3 weeks to receive. Returned everything and used their label. I finally had to check with them to see if received because it didn't move for 2 weeks (based on tracker) of being at the same location. They had it the whole time! What they were hoping for was that I'd forget about it and it would go over their 30 day policy! NIGHTMARE getting refunded to the original form of payment. They gave me store credit after I specifically stated that I didn't want that and wanted my money refunded to me! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM!!!”

“A month after ordering, the item has not been received. Filed a case with PayPal as that seems to be my only recourse. Modlily initially responded with an alleged ship date that was a lie. No communication since. This company is a POS scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”

“Swimsuits have an odd fit. Ordered a small and thought a medium would fit better so exchanged for a medium which looked ridiculous on me and now they won’t let me return it. They are saying you can only return an item once, and it’s two different suits so they are playing with semantics. Don’t waste your time or money!!”
“If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered two bathing suits June 4th. Here we are over a month later and I have received nothing. They had no problem taking my money right away. When I tried customer service I just got a copy paste response they were processing it. That was a week ago and still nothing. Do NOT buy from this company!”
“Most frustrating experience. Returned my order of 2 tops, have been very specific that I wanted a credit to my charge card. After two weeks of chats and emails they issued me a store credit. I've contacted my credit card company and I have to wait another two weeks for modlily to respond. I wish I read the reviews posted before I ever ordered. “Too bad I can’t give zero stars! I was fooled by the reviews on their website, I can now see that they are all made up reviews. I paid my money over 2 months ago. I received fake tracking information for a shipping company that doesn’t even exist. Customer service has been very nice and friendly, as it’s part of the game. They have supposedly shipped my products twice now. Both times it says delivered, and neither time have I received anything. I get packages from China all the time so I know it’s not a shipping issue.
What it is, is a scam issue. My son works for the post office and he explained the entire thing. They do actually ship to some of their customers. Just enough to keep the rest of us spending money thinking we are going to get what we pay for. The rest of the people they just take the money and send polite emails about the shipping problems. I am really starting to hate the modern world and computers. I am done online shopping from places out of China.”

“I placed an order for two “in stock” swimsuits almost a month ago and have yet to receive them. I’ve contacted customer service twice. Both times, I was told that my items would ship on 7-4-24. Neither one has shipped as of today, 7-8-24. The customer service people just keep telling me to be patient. I live in Northern Michigan… there’s not much left of summer. I’m really feeling like I got scammed and based on too many of the other reviews, I’m feeling correctly!”
“Placed order on June 16 and they immediately took payment. Keep apologizing for delay, but order still has not shipped (now July 8). I should have done more research and now feel like I have been scammed. Based on other comments below, that’s what you get for dealing with a company in China. Lesson learned.”
