“This company is a complete SCAM they state they are a US company and they clearly are not. I am not out $160.00 bucks they claim items shipped but they have not. They have come and gone on my shipping date. They are charging 7.00 for insurance? what does this cover you ask, NOTHING. I tried to file a report with BBB they informed me there is no US based company any more and to go and file with Federal Trade Commission which is my next step. I have also filed a complaint with PayPal as this is absolutely is classic bait and switch. I am so mad at myself that I didn't look further into this company as I got duped like a dummy. I contacted them phone/live chat and email and get the same stupid response that my items shipped even though the tracking number they provided shows the items haven't reached the carrier yet. They go as far to deceive you showing being shipped from ILLIONOIS and they are in China, they should be banned from doing business in the United States. THIS IS FRAUD!”
“SCAM!!! I placed my order on Dec 4th and it is now January 14th, I have received ZERO of my items. Tracking number is BS and gives the same generic update every few days. I cannot get a clear location of where my item is and the support email is a bunch of run around garbage. At this point I will be disputing charge. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE”
“I ordered a dress that I knew I might return because I was uncertain it would fit.
When I tried to return it today they said because it was a sale item I couldn't return it. That was not evident when I ordered or I would not have ordered it.
It also arrived a couple of days later than they said it would after I paid over $20 for faster shipping (which turned out to be irrelevant because it didn't fit, but it's still noteworthy).
Also, when I went to leave a negative review after the "chat" where they told me I couldn't return it, the site said I couldn't leave a review because I hadn't purchased the item--after I went to the review page from the emailed order confirmation page.
Very deceptive practices.
I will not deal with them again and highly recommend no one else does.”

“I have ordered 3 shirts from Modlily. I wouldn't, but if you choose to order, look very closely. Many of the women's shirts have stupid gathering at the shoulders like they are trying to bring back shoulder pads. The quilted looking sweatshirt snagged the first time I wore it. I can't bring myself to wearing the shoulder gathering one in public. Therefore, I can wear only one of the 3 in public--major waste of money and irritation because they text and/or email you at leat 3 times a week.”
