“Too bad I can't leave zero stars! They don't deserve one star! I ordered 4 tops on November 10th. I found out a week or so later that they had billed my credit card on November 11th. I went to see if items were shipped and they were not!!! I finally received one top on December 12th and the other three 8 days later. I will never do business with this company again. Never trust a company that is so quick to bill you and so slow to get the merchandise to you. When I did a chat to ask why they billed me and haven't even shipped the mdse, the answer was No worries we will speed up the delivery! Right!!! I did this 3 times and kept getting the same response. I was beginning to think it was a scam! Save your money and worries and go somewhere else! This company is HORRIBLE!!!”
“I ordered the day after Thanksgiving and still have not received my item. The tracking number is not right because I called my local post office and they tracked it to another state; however it says it was delivered to me on December 20th”
“The coupons are a joke. I ordered 4 items with a coupon code for 4th item free. They added a winter scarf to my order as my fourth item. I live in Florida, winter scarf would be the last thing I'd order. I contacted them. They offered a credit for the scarf but only can be used on a future order. So, I still have to pay for something I never bought. I called it to their attention and was told they can only offer Veritas towards future purchases. I guess my loss * their gain, which was their full intention to begin with. I'll never order again. Be careful- if you have an issue applying a coupon, just be prepared to pay full price. I never got my 4th item free AND I paid for something not ordered.”

“I ordered a swimsuit in mid-November for an upcoming trip. I still don't have the item. I get either an AI generated response or someone who does not speak English fluently and so to get any kind of information is impossible. My items sat in an LA shipping facility for weeks. I've contacted the USPS, who they ship through, and the package hadn't been released to postal service as of a few days ago. I keep getting responses from Modlily saying my item will be received soon but that's been going on for weeks. I will not order from this company again! The shipping takes forever and there's no actual customer service to provide real assistance.”
“I ordered a dress and some jewelry to wear to my office Christmas party and paid almost $28 for expedited shipping. Promised arrival period was from 12/2 to 12/6. Everything arrived on 12/9 which was after my party. They will not refund a single penny and none of it is returnable. This was my first and last time using them. Everything I received was cheap junk. Would not recommend!”

“I ordered 3 dresses to try on for my son’s wedding. They were all so small and made with cheap material-I couldn’t hardly try them on. Then to find out the company is rejecting the return bc of a weird smell! They were out of the bag for less than 5 min. Now they don’t want to return my money but only give store credit. I don’t want to order anything else from them. I wanted to try one dress in a different size and they want me to pay $48 for shipping??? I’m so confused! It’s all a mess. I will suggest to all my friends not to use this place!”
“Bad quality items. Tried to return. Tried to convince me to keep. Then made me send pictures, then again tried to convince me to keep. Finally sent link to return and then when used said too late to return... when all of the above was delays by Modlily.

“They should have a zero on here for what I think of this company. Ordered several swimsuit tops and bottoms back in June. Never received. Said it shows delivered to check with the neighbors. Have no neighbors. So they offered to reship. Showed delivered but never received. They offered to refund a portion of my money back to my card back in August. Still haven’t received my refund and it is now the middle of November. When you email them you just got a response that they are working on it but they are behind on refunds. If they are that far behind on refunds then I have to assume that nobody is receiving anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and just give you the run around until you finally just give up.”
“The shirts I ordered did not fit so returned them and exchanged them for the proper size. They were pictured as 3/4 sleeves and that's what I got the first time but the exchanged shirts had sleeves so long they completely covered my hands!!! Not going thru the hassle of returning them again. Heaven only knows what I would get next!!”
“Tried to cancel my order as my CC was charged extra $50 on top of invoice price. Swim suits shipped anyway. Quality of fabric and make ok, but too short in length. I’ve just spent 2 hours trying to complete Return paperwork. Think I will cut my losses. They have reduced the $ value of my returns, and I have to pay the freight back to them. Never will I order from this company again. Lesson learnt. 🤬”
