“On may 29th I ordered 3 bathing suits and two dresses. On June 27th I received an order NOT my order though. I have emailed repeatedly. They asked me to send them pictures of the 2 bathing suits that I did receive. I did that last friday and have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed, I have a couple of friends that have ordered from them and have had great luck now. I'm struggling to get my money back.”

“I ordered a tankini from this company for my holiday. Waited for 3 weeks and my order said it was being processed. I contacted them through chat and was told my order would be processed urgently. Nothing happened so I asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund to my original payment method. Their advisor on chat kept asking me not to cancel but I was adamant I wanted a refund. She finally agreed and said she would get my Modlily account refunded. I explained again that I didn’t want a refund to my Modlily account and would like my money returned to my original payment method. After weeks of emails, with no reply, and conversations with their chat advisors I gave up and ordered something I didn’t want just so I didn’t lose my money. The item has arrived today and to be honest I could have bought it on Shein for £5.00 but paid £28.00 from Modlily. I’ve ended up losing £11.00 in shipping costs and delivery guarantee. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, they do not care about their customers at all! I will never order from them again and I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.”

“Awful communication and customer service. I returned an item a month ago and still waiting for my credit card credit. They put a credit towards store credit which is not what I wanted. I do not want to buy anything else from this company! I've emailed and also messaged with a chat person. I actually asked if they were a bot or human. Very generic answer's to my complaint. They sent an email saying they received my barcode return and as soon as someone inspects the product they will refund my money, but in the meantime I can use a store credit....Bull!!! I want my refund!!!”

They gave me store credit when I specifically said I wanted it returned to my credit card. I have been fighting with them for a month now, no human yo talk to. Stay away from these scammers!”

They said they canceled the order and "refunded" me the money, which really they only gave me a store credit! I am in the process of trying to get my money back. If they do not credit me, I will fight it through PayPal! So glad I paid through them!”
“Ordered 4 swimsuits based on their latest shipping date and their latest delivery date thinking I would have them when I needed them and the time has past now still have nothing from them. I have asked for them to cancel my order with no response asked for money back with no response. They have no customer service at all. Had to buy other swim suits so I had something to wear when I needed it. Waste of money since you’ll just have to eat it anyways and still pay for it somewhere else.”

“Ordered 5 swimsuits and waited two months for nothing. Their tracking information is a joke...doesn't give you actual cities, just inbound/outbound facility. I paid with PayPal and had to get them involved after two months had passed and went back and forth between them and Modlily. They sent new? tracking information that said my package had came to USPS (I have a PO box there, so that was a lie) and was authorized to be sent back? Wish I had read the reviews, because it sounds like I will not get my money back. Really sad, because their swimsuits look nice, but if you read the reviews come back saying they aren't anything like the picture? I wouldn't know...🙄”
“I ordered a bathing suit almost 2 months ago… still haven’t received it. Says it’s processing. If you want a bathing suit for the summer months, I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. They give you a delivery date but you will wait more than a month longer than the date they tell you. Would never buy from this company again.”

I did a chat with one of their representatives and was told it would be July the 7th before it would even ship. I repeat if you want your product in a timely manner do not order from this company. When I placed the order I was told the latest date to receive would be June 26th. Now they say it will not ship until July 7th.”
