“In spite of shipping from overseas, my order arrived amazingly fast. Was exactly as pictured. Every item I have ordered has been good quality at a great value. I only wish they had petite sizes in XS since the S's are very big for me length and width wise.”
“Modily helped me when my first package was not delivered properly and sent a replacement with my dresses. Everything I have ordered has fit well and I have been very happy with my orders.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered some black cover up pants and a white cover up dress. I did not like the pants and after spending a long time on the website trying to figure out how to return them, finally received a label to download. The dress had a very large stain on it. They told me not to bother returning it and that they would send me a new one. Based on this, I returned the pants only. I then received an email saying the dress was out of stock and to return it — AT MY OWN EXPENSE - for a credit to my non existent Modlily account. I said I wanted a refund and they are refusing to give me one, even thought the item I received was defective. They have now sent me an email saying the pants I returned were not in an acceptable condition and had to be destroyed and will not refund me. I returned them immediately, in their original packaging. This is a HORRIBLE company. Indian owned. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!”
“Everything I have gotten from Modlily has been perfect! From tops to dresses to bathing suits they have not only fit perfectly but are made well and I love them all. I have every intention of buying from Modlily again, and probably soon.”
“I ordered 2 swimsuits from Modlily and I absolutely love them! Wore them on vacation and received so many compliments! Washed them on gentle with cold water and they came out perfectly. Getting ready to order 2 more.”
“I have had many purchases that I absolutely love. I did return one item. The return process was very easy, and I received a refund (store credit) almost immediately. Very satisfied.”
