“Reading reviews I thought I would buy items with visa gift card. Immediately they would not except the card and wanted my credit card which I would not give them and they emptied my cart,so that alone tells me it's a scam.”
“Horrible company. When they shipped the order it showed it wouldn’t be here in time. I canceled the order. They refused to cancel the order order. I requested cancellation several other times. Shipper didn’t even send it for nine days. There was no movement on the label. When I returned it, they said to use their label or it would occur shipping fees and then they deducted almost $20 for that label fee refused to cooperate with a refund. Communist, communist people is horrible and they can’t even give you an honest answer. As bad as Timu or whatever that awful other app is from China(TikTok). But they were Chinese I would never bought from them because they’re just collecting information”

According to EVERY review, I would never see the swimsuit in person because this company never sends out the merchandise people order! How do you all not get shut down?? “I ordered a dress based on the picture on the site. I received a notice from USPS that they had tried using counterfeit postage and that it would not be delivered. I wrote them to cancel the order and refund my money. The next day I received ANOTHER IDENTICAL DRESS! When I looked at the dress, the “polyester “ was nothing like I’ve ever seen. It looked/felt an outdoor tablecloth and the dress was HUGE even tho it was marked small. I knew better but ordered it anyway. And now I can’t get a response to my request for a return and refund. And I have two of these things.”
“Bait and switch. First, your credit card will be charged, but you will not receive your order for weeks. Second, I ordered 4 blouses from the cute selections they have. I received 4 horrible blouses that are not the right size or anything like what I ordered in style, color, etc. I tried to return them, but I am only allowed to return what I ordered and since these are not the ones in the picture, they will not accept them. I am stuck with 4 blouses I will never wear (even if they were the right size) and I am out the money. Do NOT do business with this company.”

“My top was huge--way too large. Tried it on and then immediately started a return.
Mailed the return with Modlily label on 4/19/2024. It was delivered on 4/26/2024 after going to California and then New Jersey. I asked for a refund. Modlily repeatedly offered a store credit. Finally got a refund on 5/22/2024- almost a month later. But the refund was $17.18 on a $32.36 purchase. Modlily said they discounted the price of the top and also charged for the return. Their policy says nothing about discounting new merchandise that has never been worn and was quickly returned.”
