“I ordered a OSFM robe for my husband. The original robe, made by Monarch, he got at a spa in northern CA. He needed a replacement. I looked at the tag and found Monarch. The new one that was sent was a bit lighter in weight than the old one and he is much more comfortable. I also ordered towels. I love how they feel both wet and dry. Very soft and washed quite well. I could use a larger bath towel but I probably ordered a size too small. My bad. Otherwise, they are very cushy. Love both the robe and towels.”

“We Love the soft touch and feel of your sheets and duvet covers. We first experienced this at our favorite Cannon Beach Hotel - Surf Sand Resort. I actually called them after staying there and asked for the name/manufacturer of the sheets and duvet covers! My only negative thought is the duvet cover does not have a button closure- will try to hand sew some type of closure. I also had to hand sew ribbon on the four inside corners to keep down duvet in place.”
“I ordered two of the bath robes for overnight delivery, these were a birthday present. The order was placed over a week prior to the birthday to ensure arrival. However, two weeks after the order was placed the robes have still not arrived. This is very disappointing, as their tracking app says the robes have not even shipped. I have attempted to reach out to Monarch to ask about the status of the robes, but they have not responded.”

Unfortunately, as stated on our site and on all of our confirmations, personalized orders take between 7 to 10 business days to ship. Even if you chose next day air, it still takes 7 to 10 business days to embroider the item and then it will ship out next day. So if you place your order on a Friday for instance, it will not ship for at least 11 days (7 businees days and 4 non business days)
