“I placed an order 12 days ago and the product still has not arrived. When asked about overnight delivery they said that was not an option. Seriously? “This is for anyone with young children or dogs. The packaging that gummies come in is easily accessed. I have NEVER had an issue as I used our local dispensary which packaged gummies in containers that were difficult to open. I am nearly 60 and use gummies for sleep. I never considered that my dog would go for the gummies. In talking with the vet, she stated the top emergency is dogs accessing gummies. My dog is currently being hospitalized after ingesting 27 gummies! I called the company to talk with them about alternative containers...ones not easily accessed by little humans or dogs.”
“After 5 days it still said USPS awaiting package. Had to ask for money back. Customer service was very nice. Gave me my money back. I think USPS is stealing. Go to dispensary or local dealer. I will give the Mood 3 stars and USPS -5. If you want to spend 100 for 14 days and then get it back this is the way to go”

Shipping is very slow , and getting slower , the customer service team " standing By " is more corporate lip services. If they actually cared for their customers they would hire more people to process the orders quicker , but I guess the people at the top always forget the customer when the money starts rolling in.”

“I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered. Purchased the sexual euphoria gummies that were not. Received an email from mood that said that they were sorry about the product not delivering what it was supposed to, but, they were developing a new version, and they are going to send 10 gummies free of charge. They didn't, so I ordered the new version, and paid a higher price, and still haven't received the free gummies. After back and forth emails, and I'm done. Never again, I definitely won't be ordering anything from them again.”

“I still order from them but now they are getting lazy an their products are really dry barely handling it crumbles. ALSO they are getting later an later on my delivery's I used to get it in 3 to 4 days after ordering an now when I order it takes almost 2 to 3 days for them to even pack it for shipping it just sets for days. I need to find something better.”
