“Excellent service . Went out of their way to help with all my questions as I was t sure which cage would be best and then again when I needed help with assembling as I have a disability . Definitely buy again.”
“Purchases from this company are always excellent and they use Royal Mail for deliveries. You usually get your items a day early. I have used this company for a few years now and cannot fault them in any way.
Thank you very much moondown farm keep up the good work.”

“Purchased a cage from Moondown Farm, on assembly noticed one of the doors was missing. Emailed them explaining the problem spares sent next day not one door but 4 just I case there was a problem fitting them. Excellent service thank you”
“Super quick delivery and postal packaging as others have mentioned is always extremely good and best quality products. Very quick to help and genuine knowledge so will continue to use”
“Same fantastic service as always. Have read a couple reviews that seemed to say otherwise but having bought from them many times on eBay then direct and as someone that sells on eBay I would understand why some people get blocked LOL! But IMO genuine guys who could not be more helpful. Highly recommend”
“Just found this page. A few years ago ordered a hamster cage from Moondown Farm, said you could send back if not right, well, it was way too small when it arrived and we sent it back straight away. Trying to order from them again in future, find they blocked us on Ebay, ok Moondown Farm, your loss. Do not shop with these people, totally unprofessional!.”
“Always buy from here. Never had any problems and customer service has been fantastic , getting back immediately with help to my questions and any problems.”
“Avoid at all costs the products are fantastic but as soon as you get an issue you receive the most deplorable customer service ever. Makes you feel like you are a liar which I see another reviewer mentioned. Just started to get back into birds and was hoping I would be ordering most of my products from here but decided against it now due to the service aspect.”
