My Bluebird Urban Moose Ebike was delivered on the 12th of December 2024. I have been concern from day one. When riding at full speed, the moment its speed comes to 24km/hr, it will suddenly seize, and drop to 21km/hr, then releases itself, and the speed rises again. This it has been doing. But today, it was a nasty experience. While I was return from work, in about a quarter of a mile, it just cut off completely. I switched off. Rode a while. Then switch on again. It will move for about a qurter again and switched off. Then I keep on repeating the process till I complete my journey today

I am unable to give a review of the bike due to only receiving one pedal. I have now had to order a pair from amazon which will be delivered tomorrow. The bike looks good but I did think the lights would be on this model also a raiser handlebar. So I have also had to order lights

Hiya, No problem, please could you send the same message to our customer service team? That sounds like a very quick fix on our end. We just need to remotely reset your scooter using it's unique MAC address. Best wishes, Josh

A can’t write a review due to them being a Christmas present for my 2 boys and not Brent ok out the box’s yet but judging by the way they go on about these there gonna be great 🙈

Haven’t rode it yet but fast delivery and few scratches but I have brought the fair condition one so can’t wait to ride it’s on charge now ready to try out.
