I would definitely not recommend buying from this company I bought four at Christmas for my children and three of them have broke and I have emailed them every day for the last three weeks and I have had no correspondence back

If I had wrote this review before problems arise it would of been a solid 5* review. The scooter worked for approximately 5 weeks. The screen is now flickering and it won't charge or turn on. I struggled to contact FedEx myself to arrange the return. Sonya said she would do it. Left it a week and no-one came for it. I managed to get a return label finally, FedEx picked it up. Two days later I got a call from someone sounding like a typical scammer about the delivery and how it couldn't be delivered back to Moose. I was wary and emailed Sonya and Heidi multiple times as I was confused. The next day I get tracking from FedEx that showed it was on its way to Moose but then a notification saying it couldn't be delivered! And that it's on its way back to me. Still no contact from moose! It's been days. I have read a lot of reviews and whilst the 5* reviews are probably true, they do not care if you have a faulty item and will just ignore you. I am now stuck with a faulty scooter that is still under warranty and there has been no contact from moose over this. Also the company only seems to comment on 5* reviews not the ones where people have issues.

Moose so far haven’t replied to any of my messages and the phone number doesn’t work. Really disappointed as their sales support was good. Customer service poor. Don’t buy from them and expect them to support returns.

Bought one for my son as a Christmas present he has been on it for less than 5 minutes and its coming up with error codes, lights flashing ect, now will not work atol. Absolutely gutted as this was a main Christmas present.

Just opened it up Christmas Eve to put bits together and charge battery for the morning and it’s covered in scratches on bothe sides one side oookes like they have tryed to patch it already , very upset as now as I’ve payed a lot of money for a scratched up scooter should of been checked before sent out

Very poor customer service supplied an Obviously faulty e bike it would not even turn On so was not checked before shipping. I rang and explained the fault and moose agreed to collect and refund my money 8 days later and 4 failed attempts to collect the bike DHL did not turn up 3 times and had no room On the van on the other attempt. At the moment I am left with bike I don’t want but moose will not refund my money until they get the bike back despite 4 failed attempts

Defective Products and Terrible Customer Support Moose is a disgrace. They took over a month to deliver my scooter, even though they promised seven business days. When it finally arrived, it was defective—the charging port doesn’t work! Their response? “Send it back, and we’ll repair it.” How long will that take? They clearly don’t care about their customers. I’ve never dealt with a company so careless and irresponsible. I paid for a functioning product and reliable service, but Moose failed on every level. If you value your time and money, avoid them at all costs.

A Complete Scam – They Don’t Care About Customers Do yourself a favor and avoid Moose entirely. I purchased an electric scooter, and not only did it take forever to arrive, but when it finally did, it was faulty and wouldn’t charge. They blamed the issue on delivery but refuse to provide a quick fix. Their customer service gives you the runaround, and they clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money. Moose sells defective products and provides no real solutions. This company is nothing but a scam. Don’t fall for their empty promises!

Absolute Nightmare – Avoid Moose at All Costs Moose is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They lied about delivery timelines, made me wait over a month, and sent me a defective scooter that doesn’t even charge! Their “solution” is for me to send it back for repairs, which will take more time—time I don’t have. This is unacceptable. Moose’s customer service is dismissive, and their promises mean nothing. Don’t waste your money on this scam of a company. If you want a working product and proper service, look elsewhere. Moose is an absolute nightmare.

Terrible Service and Faulty Product I regret ever trusting Moose. After waiting over a month for my electric scooter—despite their promise of delivery within seven business days—it finally arrived, but it didn’t even work. The charging port was loose and wouldn’t charge. When I reached out, they acknowledged the issue but offered no quick resolution. Their warranty repair process is slow and inconvenient. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and their products are poorly handled. I wasted my money and time dealing with them. Stay far away from Moose if you value your money and sanity.

Very disappointed Got a scooter for my sons birthday present and it didn't work , which he's gutted about Great birthday gift it wasn't Am sending back for a refund Fed ex where meant to be here between 9am and 1 and I am sitting here still waiting it's 2.36 Not happy Would never use again

I want a refund the scooter is broken, I have emailed moose to return but they keep sending me wrong information for it to be returned I would prefer a refund

Thanks for sharing your review. I can see we have been in touch with you throughout this process and tried to make the steps to return very clear. We are more than happy to refund you once your scooter reaches us back here at Moose, however this process has not been started yet due to the fact you have not booked in a collection with FedEx, which was made clear is to be done on your end. We have since tried to assist and do it for you and resolve this so it is disappointing you felt the need still to leave this review.

10 weeks for a puncture and cable wire to be sorted. Ignored emails and phone calls. Then tried to stick us with £20 carrier charge even tho we said we would pick it up! Took 2 weeks to get adjusted invoice....then noway to pay online. Until I kicked off with legal threats. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
