Only giving 2 because the quality of the scooter looks good (from just looking in the box) but apart from that, the customer service has been terrible. I tried to make a return after 15 days because it says they have a 30 day return policy online, but then in other print it says 14 days (which I hadn’t seen at the time) I’ve asked about a return as it was a duplicate present which I’ve been left with to be told I’m outside the 14 day period (by one day). I screenshot the 30day refund policy off the website but was just told outright they can’t fulfill that (no reason why?) and just told to “have some patience “ while somebody asked the manager if I can have some sort of refund (but I’ll have to pay a fee). That was the last I heard. Surely it doesn’t take over a week to ask a question. My patience has long run out

Ordering and payment, effortless. Ebike arrived partially assembled with NO INSTRUCTIONS. Front mud guard broken. Issues with assembly met with a harsh response from Moose. After several emails, i decided to return the ebike. I was informed that I can't return as per their 30 day returns policy. This is deceitful. Ultimately, ebike is average at best and if I could have seen it before, wouldn'thave purchased it.

Just got the pure from Fed Ex at 14 15pm today. The box was sellotape up which im not happy about as it looks like it had been opened. I'm just waiting on the charge up. To be continued...

Scooter arrived with no protection in the box so no idea if the scratches are from transport of the actual condition of a refurbished scooter, the charger didn't work and looked like it had been put together by a blind person. When reaching out I was told it looked fine, plugged it in and it did nothing, I had to ask for a replacement charger which to be fair came quick. I'd buy the scooter again but probably not from Moose.

It is was nice at first then stopped working after just 4days, I am not happy about this however reported this and was told to send it back, still waiting for my scooter.

The scooter I bought a month ago I came off it by slipping on wet leafs split my head open badly grazed my knee and spent a week in hospital with a bleed on the brain

Hello. This scooter is not suitable because it cannot be used for two persons standing. If possible, please exchange it for me with a 400-pound or 500-pound scooter. I will pay the transfer fee. Thank you.

the scooter came all good, wasnt next day delivery as advertised but when i spoke to the company they did say that there was a shortage of available vehicles and it still came in time for my neices birthday.

I recently purchased an electric scooter with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the very first day. Although the product should have been quality-checked before shipping, I immediately noticed a major issue: the scooter would shut off suddenly while riding, making it completely unsafe to use. It is absolutely unacceptable for a product meant for transportation, which involves user safety, to be delivered in such a condition. While I understand that technical issues can occur, a thorough quality control process should have prevented this situation. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of reliability and expect an urgent resolution from the manufacturer or distributor. I strongly recommend that detailed checks be conducted before shipping any product to customers to avoid such unpleasant situations. I hope my experience is an exception, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this scooter until these issues are resolved.

The metal bar attached to the handlebar broke after 3 months making the e-scooter unusable. The battery didn't last more then 7-8 miles.

My scooter came all scratched up on the bottom of the scooter and when scooter has been used for a long ride it doesn’t charge once I go to put it on charge so I have to wait until the next day to put it on charge
