“I bought motor insurance from More Than. The website was easy to navigate. Unfortunately there was an error on my Insurance Certificate. I rang twice to try to get this corrected. On my first call I was on hold for 44 minutes. After holding for 23 minutes on my second attempt I gave up and sent an email. This was responded to very promptly and the error was corrected with new Insurance Certificate issued in a couple of hrs. So, mixed results so far!”
