“We bought home insurance for a new house. As it all happened fairly quickly we didn’t have time to get the shedule in the post and needed it electronically for our conveyancers to complete the purchase. Unfortunately More Than’s Systems went down the morning we needed to complete which was potentially a disaster for us. However when I explained the situation to and advisor she somehow managed to get the documents emailed over to us. So although it was in some ways a pretty awful experience not knowing if we’d be able to move in that morning the advisor was great and sorted out what we needed.”

“Your Quote was the cheapest, moved from Diamond insurance. Would have stayed with Diamond as there customer service is fab, but £150 in my pocket made me move to you. Your customer service was good, helpful but not wow. Still waiting for my policy to be emailed?!?”

“I have been with More Than for 15 years. I have had a flood claim and a fire claim during that time. The service was excellent during those trying times. However the latest renewal schedule significantly increased my premium (I have in the past accepted the increases due to service received). On this occasion after calling More Than I got a better policy at half the cost. I think this should be more automatic for loyal customers.”

“You should look after your existing customers instead of trying to drive them away when your insurance comes up for renewal because you can buy the same policy with yourselves on the internet because you give new customers discount”
