“Throughout my mortgage research journey, had so many ups and downs since it was my first time applying for one in UAE. I was even rejected from multiple banks for reasons that were not in my control that had happened many years ago, and therefore, i was almost giving up on continuing to try with different banks or mortgage brokers. Until i met Hesham, and i explained to him what i have been going through. Hesham took the matter very seriously and i can still remember, from day one i met him, he sat down with full on concentration, grabbed his pen and paper, and started asking me questions that matter and took down as much notes as he can. From the beginning, i had the feeling that Hesham was always one step ahead from the banks and always anticipated the perfect time frames that kept me in the loop of what is happening. Within exactly 3-4 weeks (i was already approved, loan disbursed, and everything else related to the process was done seamlessly. So within 4 weeks, i was already in the new house that i had purchased, and got approved for a loan through Hesham @mortgage finder. I can go on and on with the details, the fact that my applications were being rejected with other mortgage brokers, gave me the feeling that i would never be able to own a house in UAE. All i can say is, thanks Hesham, you made it happen. You will forever be part of the memories of getting the loan approved and moving into the new house. Hesham's professionalism and years of experience being a mortgage broker made me feel like i was in the right hands from day one. Thank you Hesham. I genuinely advise everyone who is reading this, and will be applying for a home loan in the future, or their friends or family members applying for one, get in touch with Hesham and he will no doubt get you approved !”

He is a true professional, knows and understands the system, partners with you to get it done. Without Brendan, my experience would have been a lot more harder. He chased the bank, consulted with me on the MoU, advised on the UAE regulations. “Our consultant at Mortgage Finders was Charlotte Stanley. We recently bought a villa in Dubai, after selling our existing one. There are lots of people involved in this kind of process, our lending bank, estate agents on both sides, our buyers, the sellers of our new house etc, however by far the best aspect to our purchase was dealing with Charlotte. She is one of the best people I have come across in the financial services industry. Very deep knowledge of the area of expertise, all of the various mortgage solutions, rates, terms, penalties, fee financing, accounts with offset etc etc., but then also the whole process of a purchase even outside of her scope as a mortgage broker. Efficient, friendly (even with our relentless questions) and worked around the clock. Really cannot make a stronger recommendation.”

“I worked with Ritesh Shetty from Mortgage Finder. I have to say buying property can be very stressful, but Ritesh made it stress free for me at least from the Financial side of the equation. Being a novice and a first time property buyer, he very patiently explained all nuances of the financial deals and the contracts so I was fully aware and was able to make a calculated decision at the end of it all.
