“We had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Warren Philliskirk of Mortgage Finder, during the peak of covid lockdown 2020, from the very first discussion, until the final purchase, he made it happen, times were testing and we were not sure if we were making the right decision or should we wait until end of 2020 early 2021, Warren was confident, and reassuring, he guided us through each stage of the process, and more so he was always available, he was always present and attentive to details. it was always about what is "right and the best deal for us" as the client, his advice and recommendations truly enforced his experience and depth of knowledge, in all facets of Dubai property know how, banks and mortgage rates, UAE Law, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, in him we trusted and in the future we will trust again, a true noble gentleman. “Charlotte Stanley is hands down myself and wife's female Knight in shining armour. During the heights of covid craziness from all angles Charlotte was simply put the stability, anchor and voice of reason through a very testing period. Her knowledge of Law, property, banking and communication sets her apart from anyone in the Dubai market we have encountered. Honesty is a virtue all should poses however few do, Charlotte is the quintessential gem you always hope to come across but rarely do. Thank you so much, I cannot thank Mrs Stanley enough, when there was no hope or way, you made it happen.”

“When We started considering a mortgage for our new home in Dubai we had doubts of getting mortgage advisor or just manage it by ourselves. But when we contacted Ian and from day one he didn’t hesitate to give us the best advices and recommendations before we paid any penny. After that and during the process they where coordinating with the relevant parties and managed the process from A to Z. They were professional, friendly, accurate, and gave us guidance on the whole process, and not to mention they were responding to our calls and emails at anytime! I strongly recommend Mortgage Finder and specifically Ian.”

“Some Early advice from Brendan helped guide us into planning to buy a property. From start to finish he was available and extremely responsive to our questions and clarifications. Once we had the mortgage agreed in principle he was there all through the purchase process. Going through Mortgage finder was worth every penny of there fee and i would highly recommend them.”

“Working with Ian Vaughan at Mortgage Finder was the best decision I made upon taking handover of my property. Mine was a rather complex case, and Ian expertly managed the entire process from identifying the appropriate bank for my situation, to dealing with various unforeseen situations that arose during the process. “I worked with Brendan Kennelley on my mortgage for a villa on the Palm. He found me a highly competitive mortgage that suited my needs and went the extra mile to help me with all the associated paperwork (of which there was a lot). Brendan was extremely efficient and worked hard to get all in place within the required timeframe.”

“Dealing with Mortgage Finder has been the easiest process quite to my surprise. When i decided to buy a property i expected it to be much more complicated but Brendan made it so smooth. Everything was sorted out through emails and then had to make a couple of trips to the bank just to sign the papers. In less than 4 weeks everything was completed. I highly recommend Mortgage Finder , very professional and great service!”
