“1. Wide price points. I wish you would offer even less expensive entry level planes with flaps and all. As i want to practice and bash up a bunch of planes before I buy what I really want which is north of $1,000. I want to build a collection of quality planes but you make it hard to for me to do it on my own.
2. You have the most interesting, & widest collection of planes. Try to keep improving the quality of your fleet. All foam gets boring pretty quickly. Im more interested in quality, and features than speed.”

“I have been buying from Motion RC for years. The FMS product have been outstanding. I recently bought a Freewing Stinger. Out of the bon one retract did not work and on the first flight the second failed causing scrapes on the bottom of the aircraft. I installed new ones and it seems to be ok. “The reason for this score is that I had two separate servo fails both resulting in crashes, these were with my Freewing F-35.
The first although was three weeks outside of your 30 day warranty period was on it's second flight. The result was having to buy a replacement fuselage and servo. The second was several weeks ago, although way outside of your warranty period the model had hardly been flown due to me losing faith with it's quality, again a new fuselage was needed.
The model is now gathering dust as I will probably sell it.
Now I will not not recommend you to other members of my club but I will tell them about my experience with your aftersales assistance.
One member of the club will only fly FMS models because he says there aftersales team is fantastic...so that's where I will be going in future.

“I base my reason purely on the fact that I am primarily a scale helicopter flyer and have purchased four Roban Helicopters from you and have spent a fair amount of money. However, when I have to reach out to the European Dealers to purchase spare parts, since the US distributor can seem to have the main parts I need in stock, its hard to recommend Motion RC to my friends that fly Scale Model Helicopters. Its sad when I have to spend over $90 in shipping to get a $6.00 part I need to fly my helicopters and the European Dealer seems to be getting more and more in stock, while Motion RC seems to be always out of stock for needed wear items and typical replacement parts.
