“1. Very high price increases between $50 to $100 per r/c aircraft.
2. Very high shipping charges starting at $12 with FedEx for a very small package, when previously same package shipping cost was $5 with USPS. USPS NO longer offered!!!
3. My package was lost for more than two weeks after due date, and no shipping cost was refunded. Lousy, lousy, lousy.

“I was thrilled to receive the F15E Eagle 'deluxe' ARF model. However, when I opened it (several days after delivery) I was disappointed to find that there was no EDF power unit.
In the same order I had the A10 Warthog, and that had both EDF units installed.
Either the ARF designation for the F15E is misleading, or a mistake was made in packing the model for dispatch.
I feel let down by the absence of the power unit.”
