“You guys used to come out with new stuff all the time. Not the case anymore. Additionally, the Bancroft boats you have listed are either perpetually out of stock or "coming soon." Don't know why you even bother to list them. Don't list stuff when you really don't have any idea when they may be in stock or if you'll ever get the items to sell. Same for the tanks you supposedly have for sale. I used to buy from you guys all the time. Now I turn more and more to Horizon Hobby.”
“Poor product quality. I bought a K130 heli and hovered/figure eights around my yard for 30 mins in about two weeks and in a hover at 3 ft high and ten feet in front of me, smoke poured out of the canopy, it caught fire and fell out of the air. It was never crashed and was gently flown. That should not happen with 30 minutes of use. It's a total loss. Repair is basically the price of a new heli.”

It arrived damaged, so I sent it back, ticket no t468047. on August 3 I asked for an update on my order and was told you guys are moving warehouses and I had to wait till they can get to it. I am happy you guys are moving to a new warehouse however I've paid good money for this item and if an undamaged unit had been sent to me in the first place I would not be waiting for your warehouse to get back up and running.The people I have dealt
