“Your flight controller admiral receiver chased two of my EDF jets; because lose of signal. I sent you pictures etc; but you said forget you. I was one of your loyal customers. Horizon Hobbies has treated me much better. I am an experienced flier and a member of various clubs. Many saw the malfunction of my to nice EDF jets.”
“Quality of shipping service to Germany is very poor for the existing delivery options. Out of my first 3 orders, one never arrived and took 3 weeks to resolve (i.e. get a refund). That is an unacceptable ratio and too long of a resolution time. I really like the Motion RC product catalogue but don't think I would risk again going through 3 weeks of aggravation to get either a refund or the products I ordered (and have my RC sailplane projects on hold). Until better delivery options are available I would refrain from recommending Motion RC to my contacts.”
“Hi, I bought from you freewing F16 I had one issue in the nose wheel then I contact your customer service he was very bad atteude because he was laughing when in told him I have the problem with the nose wheel because the front tire and was not moveing in center.
there is two things frist in my opinion frist may be he don't have experience to know what's going on or he try make him self not understand.... Its $2 for the wheel only making the company lose a customers I hope the onwer or people's manage this business check this guy how he deal with customers to resolve any problem

“I give you a 2 because I would be embarrassed if I told a friend to purchase a plane like the "jas 39 gripen". Was this plane designed to sell parts? The nose gear steering arm broke the first time I tested it with remote. Main landing gear doors are held in with foam that can't be replaced unless you buy a new fuselage. The paint design .... who's idea was that... should be fired. And the big slap in the face... are kidding no weapons and vectoring is a $70 upgrade. Yeah 2 because I'm in a good mood.”
“I still have bit received a replacement ESC for a brand new plane that came with a bad one. Still pretty salty about that. It’s also been almost a week. Feel like it should come working and people shouldn’t have to just through hoops just to get assistance. Other than that motion has some AWSOME looking planes but if the costumer service is really like this, I’d recommend folks try horizon hobby.”
“besides missing technical data on standard products,the inconsistency of the availability of parts, tools and electronics in stock is the most important reason for my vote. there is not even a timeline/timeframe in which certain products will be available again.”
