“My son spent $150 on an F22 and there were issues right off the bat with the maiden flight causing severe nose damage. Customer support is too busy trying to play the blame game instead of working with their customers to have success with their products. While $150 may not seem like a lot in this hobby, he is a college student working hard to pay for his education so $150 is a significant amount to him to throw away on one flight.”

“Ordered popwing combo. The model was incorrectly cut from factory but no heads up was given even though it was a known issue. Then trimmed and reviewed settings for model to test fly and the motor burned out on the first attempt. Ordered a new motor different than what came with the model but was suggested replacement and was in stock. Retrofitted it and promptly burned out that motor. Come to find out it was something wrong with the speed controller. So after putting approx 150-160 I still needing a speed control and motor to run my popwing.”
“You have great products that we love to fly. Shipping a a a 109$ plane for 78$ is not cost effective for us in Hawaii.
Priority mail or surface mail as an option would be nice”
“Like the products, but shipping to Canada is way too expensive, especially with Fedex adding on taxes, fees and their $10 "service fee" at each delivery, when I've already paid big bucks for their shipping at check-out. Shipping usually costs more than the cost of item(s) that I would purchase.”
