“Every jet I bought seemed under power. And I always set the jet up by the book and it still just don't want to fly.The jets look real nice but lack in performance.”
“I am not very happy with my F9F Phantom. The assembly instructions and design of the painted components will not allow the plane to be assembled in a sturdy way. Wings and elevator assembly can easily come off in-flight because the glued parts connect to painted surfaces that are not strong enough to handle in-flight loads. The technical support department's instructions to remove the paint are laborious and difficult to do properly. I think the design of the plane is faulty and the surfaces should not have been painted in the factory. I also think the rings need a tube to reinforce them.”
“An ARF I purchased was short many, many, parts. Upon contacting Motion it took over a week before the parts were even shipped...ARF sitting around for over 2 weeks before assembly can commence. Motion should have sent a replacement ARF and a shipping label for the deficient one.”
“Customer Service is TERRIBLE. For the cost of the product, the 30 day warranty notice inside the packaging and NOT honoring a legitimate defective claim in order to make the product WHOLE and customer satisfied in their purchase.”
“I purchase the F16 70mm arctic camo with RC, battery etc. I paid lot of money including FedEx shipment to finally realize (at my expenses) that this kind of product cannot be freely imported in the country where I leave (KSA) and there is a long procedure (1/2 months) to get UAS certificate mandatory to fly RC Aircraft. Result? The shipment got stuck in the custom 3 weeks then returned back to US with no refund from Motion RC (as confirmed through email). I have lost 900$, I got no aircraft and I have lost lot of my precious time to figured out how to clear the shipment. Motion RC how could you possibly put customer in such situations? Unprofessional and Unacceptable and yet I'll do all I can to get my money back.”
