“I did not get a bunch of Parts that was supposed to be in the box like the battery charger the 20 amp ESC the nine he was there parts that was supposed to be in the box like the battery charger died 20 amp ESC the 9g servo And the battery. It was supposed to come ready to fly but I’m missing all of parts. Would like to have you send them to me oh and a radio RTF. You’re not fly until I get them thank you”
“Just spent 15 minutes chatting with Wayne from Customer Support. I am having a problem with a plane I purchased from them. It started flying slow and is eating up my batteries. Wayne thinks it's the battery IR. Three times he asked how I am storing the batteries. Three times I replied at 15.2 volts (4 cell battery). He replied that is fully charged. I asked him if he was in technology or sales? If sales, I needed someone from technology as I have an electronic problem, as the problem is persistent with 3 different batteries. His reply: " Nice", and he ended the chat. It may be true that Motion RC's Customer Service is legendary, but from my perspective, it's because it's AWFUL. Last plane I plan to buy from them.”
“Purchased decal sheet for Dynam A-10 along with fuselage back in September of 2017. However, they do not come with all decals needed to put back to O.E.M. condition. So after many many conversations with Martin saying he will correct the issue with they're supplier and will send me the needed decals when they arrive. Well Martin it is the end of February 2018 and your over promising and under delivering I am leaving negative feedback. Thank you for wasting my time.

After speaking to Martin he remembers calling and leaving you a message as soon as we received the correct decal. We are sorry for the delay but it took 2 months for the manufacturer to admit they forgot to include the decals and another 6 weeks to receive them from China. We do all we can to take care of our customers, sometimes that just takes a little longer than we would like. We do have the correct decal sheet in stock and available for purchase.

“MotionRC has pissed me off for the last time. Got a F-15 with a DOA ESC. Had to chop open the jet to get to it. So the paint job is already imperfect. Instead of "send us back the jet, we'll give you a new one" the manager were adamant on "send us the ESC." Not "Ooops, our bad, a new one is on the way."
Then they waited to receive the dead ESC before saying they were going to send a new one?
They're just being jerks at that point.
Good thing everything they sell is available elsewhere, because they can suck it.

“I've been flying RC Planes for 15 years. I was sold a defective Plane and all customer service did was tell me I was flying it wrong and sent me emails on how to properly fly an RC plane. What a joke. No replacement! No refund!”

I was disapointed becquse of 2 parts:
1. It took 9 workingdays instead of 6-8 for delivery.
2. I had to pay another 55.-Sfr to the transport Company, because your Company has choosen the wrong Transporter.
Overall: It was for me an experience to see how it works when some goods coming from oversea, but next Time I order in Switzerland.

We shipped the order out via the Postal Service, there should have been no additional fees prior to delivery, you should only be responsible for the payment of duties and/or taxes if applicable.
