"If you spoke to Andy then I can tell you why he was not concerned as he has nothing to do with Realflight since he works for a different distributor. You don't call Ford when your Chevy is broke so in the same sense you have to contact the company that made this product. Hobbico owns Realflight and once again you can contact them at 217-398-8970 or Phone: 217-398-0007.
Best Regards, "
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! they will treat you like crap and are just out for the easy $. as well they will lie to your face and do their best to pawn your issue off on anyone else than motion rc.
do your research before doing business with these jokers. at this point I'm under the impression they're a handful of college dropouts selling sub-par RC stuff out of a shipping container in BF,IL”
“I purchased the Air Titan and the floats for the same airplane. While assembling the aircraft I found out I didn't have the hardware for the install of the floats. Contacted customer service and they told me to send pictures of the box and contents. After doing so I was then told the parts were taped to the box. Nothing taped to the box. Contacted them again and was told they tried to call me to review said video of the packer packing "MY" boxes and told me for sure my Hardware for the float was in the box. I assured them it was not taped into the box. I then told them I was tired of the run around and just wanted to know how to get the precious hardware. I was then sent another Email and was told the link of the packer was attached to said Email. It was then said that the hardware was now packed in the packing paper which was not in my picture ( but I pulled it out of the trash in my airplane room) What happened to it being taped to the side of the box? My local hardware store and my local hobby shop have all the parts I need and will NOT be spending another 44.00 At Motion RC for another set of Floats {only way to get the hardware}. Also I know the are full of it as they say the instructions for float installation were with the hardware. Its a Mystery to which there is no help for. I paid for my products with paypal so now I will start a claim with them. BUYER BEWARE....inspect all items received form MOTIONRC and Take Pictures.................................”

“This plane flies, lands and looks great, but.......sooner or later landinging gear struts, plastic wheel pants, etc. will break. These parts are not available like all the other FMS warbirds. We have to buy a complete main landing gear system to get any of these small parts. FMS is coing out with more new models.... is this going to be a future trend? As much as i love how this plane flies, don't buy this plane. This is not the fault of Motion RC...... this is FMS sticking it to customer.”
“Purchased an over priced Mr. Rc Sound module. The item arrived damaged. Motion RC customer service advised me i had to send the item to New York to deal with Mr
Rc sound directly. I have now spent more money and have not heard anything from Mr. Rc Sound. Very disappointed will not be doing business with either company ever again. I have also warned members of my local flying field.”
We sent a return label to get the damaged unit back on 7/17/17 via your email address. If you have not received it, please contact our customer service team and they would be happy to send you another label.
The shipping method you selected can take up to 21 business days (Monday-Friday) to deliver. If you have still not received your package after that amount of time, please email us at support@motionrc.com for further assistance.
“Took forever to reply after I had trouble with a product they sent me after I paid 25 dollars for faster shipping. Disappointed because I heard from more then 1 person how good this site is. 90 dollars down the drain because they wanted everything but my 3rd grade report card to replace my product.”
“I wrote a praise of this plane two weeks before the ESC burned up midair, and the plane crashed and burned to a crisp on the ground. The praise was here: https://xinhaidude.com/2017/06/08/ode-to-flightlinerc-1300mm-focke-wulf-ta-152-h-1/. And I still stand by my awe of this great plane. It flies like a poetry in motion.
I am giving this review a one star, because I emailed support telling them that the ESC burned up. I told them the plane was as bought, except that I put on the optional 2-blade prop.
The support person wrote back saying that MotionRC did careful testing of the 3-blade prop for the plane, but it was up to me, the user, to use a amp meter to test the 2-blade prop to ensure that it wouldn't burn and then crash the plane, when I put it on the plane.
This really irked me. Nothing on the website (the plane page, the prop page, the spinner page) indicated by 2017-06 that the optional two-blade prop suggested and sold by MotionRC could not be simply bolted to the plane. I imagined MotionRC suggested a two-blade replacement that drew power below what the ESC was rated for.
Now, not only did I wanted MotionRC to revise these product pages to clearly identify requirements for the two-blade prop, I asked for a replacement plane.
The support agent replied back saying that anyone should have known the 2-blade prop could only be used with the souped-up motor. And that MotionRC product pages were clear enough. Sorry. He wished that I would buy this plane again.
Initially, I just wanted to give MotionRC a heads-up, so they could revise product pages to make it less dangerous for oblivious buyers such as myself from slapping the suggested 2-blade prop on stock TA-152. Instead, I got learned by support.
Thank you, MotionRC.”
“I bought an airplane from you with bad landing gear not working and when i contact you .you told me to contact horizzon hobby for warranty why i get a hard time for defective product ?”

“The ordered EPO- material -articles were really badly packed, for such a long journey (US to Germany) they were only wrapped in paper. They could have been damaged easily during any everage transport.
Second: on your website its said, that on most of your articles there's no import taxes or toll-fees - for Germany, that is not true!
I had to pay 24,75% vat / toll-fee.”
“Customer service is very bad, I ordered the the Dynam Turbojet which had a defective ESC. I called them explain my problem they told me to watch the video about arming the ESC. I explain I had done that, I Used another ESC and it worked. I ask that they send me another ESC I recieved one, theone for that plane was a dual. I have been wating for over three weeks, my first and last order from that company, I did buy the ESC'S from another company.”
“Worse Plane I've Ever Recieved!
I Bought This Plane, It Was Delivered Previously Opened With Items Missing. The Flaps Were Damaged - One Flap Servo Not Glued In Or Working Properly. At This Point I Didn't Even Want The Plane Anymore! Contacted Motion RC And They Told Me They Wouldn't Take The Plane Back Because It Was Assembled. They Did Send Parts That I Was Missing HOWEVER I Had To Drive 1.5 Hours To The Warehouse To Retrieve A New Wing Set. Finally Put All The Missing Parts And My New Wings On, Took It To The Field For Its Maiden Flight, Plane Went Up True And Leveled NO PROBLEMS! Made Two Laps Around The Field Before My Plane Took A Death Spiral Into The Ground. Took My Plane Home, Removed The Hatch From The Fan And To My Surprise The Elevator Servo Lead Went Into The Duck Fan And Cut An Elevator Wire Resulting In My Plane Going Into A Violent Spiral.
Contacted Motion RC And Sent Pictures, They Agreed To Meet Me And Pick Up The Plane. Never Showed And Basically Called Me A Liar Stating That What My Plane Did, Couldn't Have Happened. This Plane Was A Disaster From The Start. Motion RC Is Full Of Liars And Crocks, Riped Me Off Of OVER $300.”
