“I was shipped the wrong item on my first order with motion rc and they said there would be some sort of compensation for my trouble but they did nothing. Order was for a $350 nitro buggy, wrong color was sent.”

“Shipping turn around, shipping cost. I realize the cost of most shipping went up but MRC has always been the highest. Ordering an item and paying for a faster delivery holds no value when the item takes days to get out. Why am i paying for a faster delivery when it takes about that long to ship the order? This last order i paid for 3 day shipping. Should have e gotten here by today. Instead, Today i got notice that it shipped. Getting your products has been great. The time frame in when i get them is where i would point elsewhere.”

On my $549 purchase, I was charged $90 shipping plus had to pay an additional $80 cdn in duties, and an additional sales tax.
The shipping costs to Canada should be reduced .

Receiving planes without primary flight surfaces and or missing parts can be cumbersome, and cost you to spend more money to make things right, rather than them doing the right thing. As long as you get what you ordered it is a great thing. Great Company, just lacking in the QC area.”

“Having a lot of gear problems with the EDF jets I bought from you guys. They are the most expensive jets in my fleet
and the weakest. The F16 Thunderbird had the nose gear replaced 6x times!!!! I have jets from HSDJets and Eflight and none of them give me any problems. As expensive as these jets are the gear should be a lot more sturdy and durable.”
“I asked about a 3500 mAh battery and why it didn't come with the "Pro" tank. Didn't really get an answer on that or what affect it would have on the running time. Now, after ordering two of the 3500 batteries, I find out that they won't fit my tank's XT-60 connector. Is Admiral going to make one or is there an adaptor? Do I have to splice the 1800mAh connector onto my 3500mAh battery?”
