“What's good about Motion RC? Nice website. Easy to order. The 3 times I have called I had almost no wait time.
The reason for my rating is compared to other online retailers, I don't see anything that stands out. Prices are identical. Parts availability is no better than other places. I'm new to this hobby and find myself wanting more support and info. I'd like to see less videos watching your team flying and more videos of the planes on the work bench. Even if you only made them available to a verified customer that would be fine. These planes are going to need maintenance.I'm not willing to spend hundreds, even thousands of dollars guessing how to install and fix the internal electronics, servos, connecting rods to control surfaces and everything else that is involved. Like myself, not everyone is close to a flying field or club to take advantage of.
If you want to set yourself apart from your competitors, come up with a stronger after purchase support program that gives precise help and guidance to those who are new and want to grow into this hobby.
