The instructions to assemble the aircraft are horrible. I had to go online and find a similar model to interpret the instructions. Missing parts like wheel spacers to keep the wheels from rubbing. This is my first so not point to RC but this manufacturer QA is a ZERO.”

“I bought a plane with a crease in the foam wing. You refused to send me a new wing. Told me it would be just fine. You finally gave me 1/2 the value of a new wing. I think that is poor customer service.”

Thank you for contacting Motion RC. We see that the package was delivered to you on the 20th of December and the order was shipped on the 12th. That makes the delivery time 6 business days, right in the middle of the quoted time at checkout of 3-8 business days. We apologize that the Postal service took longer than usual but during that time of year, the volume increases so much that they have a difficult time of keeping up. We hope that this one bad experience with shipping will not keep you from ordering in the future. We do our very best but as soon as we hand the package to the carrier for delivery, we have to rely on them and unfortunately sometimes they do not always meet their end of the bargain. “I have ordered many items from Motion RC in the past, all were delivered in 5 to 7 days with no added charges. My last order took 24 days to deliver and Canada Customs charged me an additional $25.19. I was going to order the new Spitfire with batteries, but if Customs are now starting to charge for delivery that would put a large added cost on to the order.”
We charge a Flat Rate of $5 for all orders under $99 to be shipped, regardless of the amount of items on the order. If the order is over $99, we offer free shipping. The only thing I am concerned with is, at one end for US customers you are giving free shipping for order over $99. But at the other end, international buyers like me (from India) have to give hefty amount for shipping and then for Import Duty Taxes (28%) in India.
For orders above $99, you can consider some discount for international buyers so that they will get some relief and will be encouraged towards hobby.
I would really appreciate if you consider my feedback and try to implement it.”

“Guess I got a lemon, it happens. I didn't know exactly what was happening with the plane, it wasn't until I approached the plane that I saw the upper wing had fallen off. Due to this, I lost the wing supports that connected the wings together. Fortunately, I was able to still coast the plane to the grass without further damage. I have since re-glued the wing on and fashioned thin 1/32" balsa wing supports. It's not pretty but she flies ok.”
