Worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with. They claim to own the cars or work with partner dealers they don’t. What they do is find a car that matches what you want then approach different car dealers put a big mark up on what they are selling the car for and then sell the car to the customer. Their heavily inspected cars involves someone walking around looking at it kick the tires and not even drive the car or lift the bonnet. They put stupid terms in their contracts so car dealers can’t stand them so will not help when anything goes wrong. The cars will alwya have an extra keeper on as the dealers sign the cars to I3 instead of the customer so they hide the fact they bought the car from a 3rd party to resell. They are just bottom feeders.

Firstly the App doesn’t work. Secondly was emailed and text several times about receiving a phone call within a 15 min window at a certain time. However no phone call received. Shambles of a company steer well clear

If I could use no stars I would. Absolutely awful. Purchases a car. After apprant delays in the inspections I finally got a delivery date of 4 may. Morning car was being delivered I was called to be told a warning light was on but it's fine and been reset. Car delivered with awful knocking noices. Notified you guys was told to go go a approved garage to be diagnosed. All done supplier didn't believe there was a issue so they collected the car to be taken back to be fixed. No car offered to me in the mean time. Car due back today and low and behold there are still issues that haven't been fixed. And it hasn't even been brought back to me. Was given a option of keep the car there and get it fixed with no car to use in the mean time. Or unwind finance. So now I'm left with no car and it could take up to 14 days for all this to be cancelled. All these issues should of been found when they did there mechanical inspections. So clearly isn't being done. Stay well clear

It all started when I wanted to see what cars they have on their website and their value for them. To be able to do that I had to submit my email address and Telephone number. Next thing I know the person called Sayan called me to tell me that we are entitled for a car finance. Since I have been told that I thought to just give it a go. It took a while until we've picked a car as the ones we chose we're already given away. Their add tells no deposit required, however we had to submit an amount (we did £300 as I did not know if I should trust them at this point) with the old car in exchange. After we secured the car and made the deal the car we chose was due it's MOT and had to go to a garage for a proper check. That check took more than 2 weeks. We made them aware that we do not want to start paying the finance and the new car was still not received. So when we reached the due date to pay the first amount and we still did not have the car (bear in mind it was already a month of waiting for the new car) we decided we no longer want the car. We kept calling them every week until one of their colleagues kicked off by telling us on the phone that they had more urgent things to do! When we agreed to close the finance then they gave us a call back saying the car we applied for was not fit to be sold (after a month of waiting and after deciding we do not want any car anymore). We applied on 19th of January and we are still waiting (now May 11th) for the deposit to be returned to us. Overall poor customer servise. Some unfriendly colleagues and absolutely no proper communication (we tried several times to talk with the person who took care of our new car's process and they were always no where to be found. We were also told that unless we speak with the person dealing with our finance we cannot be helped by someone else). Would not recomend to anyone.

Car left parked at my address after arriving with £800 clutch repair bill it hasn't any log book MOT documents no record of any services ever has not been resolved by company and total confusion one remark was have it transport to Halfords

Within 2 weeks of having the car it broke and needed to be recovered. They wouldn’t offer a courtesy car therefore I had to pay for it myself.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XE through i3 finance all smooth and straight forward in April this year. The car I have isn't road worthy at all and has broken down 3 times with a serious fuel pipe problem underneath the car. Ive also lost 2 full tanks of diesel totalling £140 and nwalry £300 in repair bill to put this right. Also under inspection there is a hole in the underside of the car that I was unaware of. Plus an upgrade in membership to bail me out at an additional cost of £60.... increasing my premium from 8 to £16 per month. They need to help resolve my issues asap or I have no choice but to claim for my losses legally. I'm hoping to hear from them soon with a solution.

I 3 Finance has messed me about saying they would deliver the on a date and then changed it to another date,said it would be with us at 10am no car turned up so phoned them after midday and they said the driver who was bringing the car had caught Covid,They have now said it will be with me the next day,I'm hopeful,but not holding my breath.They could do with a training course in customer service as they say they will call you but they don't and you got to chase them up for updates,It's an absolute joke.

I will be speaking to the customer service manager tomorrow and arranging a call back, this is not the level of service we wish to be providing. Unfortunately a mixture of COVID-19 (shortage of drivers), and more recently the fuel crisis have impacted our service levels. The majority of our drivers are independent freelance subcontractors and all of which are struggling to drive cars from job to job, in terms of the fuel crisis this has put immense pressure on our customer service levels with many jobs getting held up or sometimes even cancelled at the last minute. This unexpected incident as flooded our customer service team and as a consequence we are not providing the levels of service we would like to be, as a result of this next week we have new team members joining our customer service team to assist us with the increased demands we are faced with. I appreciate you are still inconvenienced with our service levels and as I said I will be arranging a call back ASAP. Regards i3.finance

I have ordered a car from this company which was supposed to come at 10am today. They then delayed it to 4pm, I am now still sat here waiting at 8pm and had no update from the company - nobody is answering the phones and they clearly had gone home. Absolutely shocking customer service and now I have entered into an agreement, paid for insurance and have no car to show for it.

Constant harassment. Used their online calculator to get a quote and they’ve submitted an application without my consent and sent me ten messages in five minutes. Wouldn’t go anywhere near them.

Hi, Thank you for your review, I have checked your submissions on the system, and it came in twice once at 11:34 and another at 11:35, which would explain any duplicate messages. I have reported this to our IT department to look into in more detail to see if this was a technical error or a human error. Your application at no point was submitted to any lenders, as you stated on your review, you were checking your eligibility. This is what the system did followed by explaining what documents would be required to proceed and the offering of assistance to help you find a vehicle. We are a new start up business trying to do things differently, allowing a fully self-service car buying journey. It is sad for us to see our review score drop based on this experience. We pride ourselves as one of the few car finance specialists that allows customers to check and/or apply for car finance without any annoying sales calls and providing an outstanding car buying experience.
