“Excellent service had credit issues and they found me a lender, was no pressure and any issues with the Car they said call and we will get it checked at a garage for you. Much better experience than going to a call dealer. Was able to do between work and car was delivered before my holiday. Very happy customer 😀”

“I can not fault this company from start to finish everyone I dealt with was excellent did not rely on my credit score due to me having no credit my score low but I was accepted within a day it was pick car order car and had it within a week was smooth process if you want a car without the pressure of pushy people then use this company really cant fault a thing even after sales and the delivery driver who brought car right to door .was sceptical but I have my car thank you Claire and others I dealt with yous are great”

“Arkin is the man, great customer service, answered all my questions, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new car. The price of the car was good and I was happy with what I paid. The delivery went very smoothly, the delivery guy called me when he was about 30 mins from my address, he was polite and friendly. Over all a very good experience and thanks again to Arkin for making it happen.”

“Absolutely Brilliant from start to end. Was sceptical at first, but the whole process has been fantastic , stress free, straight forward and honest. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Ginette from the sales team was quick and secured my chosen car in 2 days and Arkin from Aftersales, has been outstanding, Arkin arranged delivery of the car the day before my birthday and really went above and beyond for me. “A truly first class company - very helpful and professional- friendly and efficient staff keep you up to date every step of the way- extremely fast service once your choice is made. I honestly believe they are honest and trustworthy with every description of the cars down to the smallest of detail. I could never have been able to get such a new car anywhere else and the cost of the cars is right up there and better than other - they have also made the process easy to do and I never felt awkward when talking to the girl who took me through the process - Donna is truly friendly, efficient and kind - she is a credit to the company and no question from myself was too much trouble - I will definitely highly recommend this company and Donna to anyone who is looking for a good honest service and will certainly use myself in future - five stars ⭐️ guys and thank you so much for all your help and friendly service Donna !!! 😊”
