“Made it a good experience to buy the car. Easy to search and find what you're looking for. Found the car we were after and submitted the request to buy... car was £1000 more than direct with supplier but as we're applying with bad credit, I don't see that as too much of an issue to get what we were after as we'd struggled to get credit elsewhere... First quibble is that we paid £49 to secure the vehicle to prevent it being sold but then we were told that we needed to set up everything pretty much there or then or the vehicle might go... What is the point in the deposit to secure the vehicle if this is the process? We are still chasing this deposit a week later when it was supposed to be refunded on completion of the sale... Finance was secured quickly and the deposit was made and vehicle secured and delivered inside 48hrs! Second quibble is around data accuracy, told them on at least 3 occasions that we wanted the finance over 36 months and repeatedly they referenced 48 months and even referred the application to the Finance company as being 48 months... I was able to rectify this on each occasion but an unnecessary job! Only other quibbles are around communications, these do seem a tad unnecessarily and overly antiquated... For example, having to confirming things via phone and then also email or vice versa..but being unable to hold for a few minutes to allow the email to be read and send email response whilst on the line so had to await callback or call back 1min later... Claire was very helpful and the limited involvement with Mehmet (Account Manager) was good. Happy with the car coming up to a week later with very little after sale issues, although none of these actually reflect on the seller”

“Finally my Cayenne V8 arrived yesterday evening. Now its 7day test but I can tell car drives without issues as guys here dont do business with some underground traders so you can be sure your expected car will arrive in good condition. Checked car it jave no other marks as was stated so all good delivery was quick super smooth. Im very Happy. Also my after sale person Arkin was on top of his duties. I had a feeling I know him already long time. Thanks for that.”

“Absolutely over the moon with my new car. Nicola went above and beyond after a few set backs to find me a car the was suitable for myself and my family she was always there to help. Hasan was amazing through the process keeping me updated on everything and helped me put my mind at ease when I was worried. Thank you to both of your for your help you guys are amazing. “Finance the car but not happy with the car First have gear changing problem he take the car back for service gear box after 1 month send my car back still have same issue 1 tyre slow puncher from the start I go to check tyre no repairable tyre so change new tyre wind screen is broken he repaired but no mention before wind screen broken in winter all water steam is come inside not happy at all”
