“I spoke to Sarah who guided me through the whole process, was really nice and when small problems arose (like lack of locking wheel nut) she was right on the ball about chasing the seller up and they refunded me the cost of getting a new one. Car is beautiful and I’d been skeptical about buying online but so far, thanks to Sarah, it’s all worked-out really well :D”

“The interaction I have had with Claire from the after- sales team was excellent. Claire was extremely pleasant and transparent in explaining the delivery process post Inspection report. Claire made sure that I had been presented with the opportunity to go thorough the very minute details of the delivery process . A very professional and more importantly , a sincere approach rarely seen in the post stages of a sale process. I would rate the service excellent with a score of 10 out of 10.”

You guys went above and beyond to help me significantly, and as a result, I am getting my wife a second automobile. “I took the day off work to take delivery of my new car got a text at 14.14 saying my car would be with me by 16.30 I waiting till 17.30 and then rang to find out where car was to be told o we are bringing it tomorrow now so I took the hole day off work losing out on a days wage as I'm self-employed so no I'm not happy at all.”
