“The whole process from start to finish was efficient and easy. It took a week from applying, to me getting the car, and I am more than happy with my little run around, I know the price is higher than the original garage sale will have been, and so they make money there, but the price offered was reasonable for me and I’m more than happy with the benefits included. I still can’t believe I’m running around in a lovely little car. I can not fault this company from start to finish and would recommend them to anybody. Definitely trustworthy and customer dedicated, and Claire needs a pay rise as her interpersonal skills where fantastic and she was not only a joy to speak to but knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for everything i3! I am one extremely happy customer if you couldn’t tell already”

“Shannon at the begining was very helping sourcing cars for me and being available to chat via text was handy as I was working. Slight hiccup with an original car I chose was sold (I'd suggest in-future maybe putting a deposit down when a car has been chosen) this was not motormarkets fault that the car was sold. Shannon was very apologetic and very patient and listened to what I wanted and the specs of what i wanted. There was never any pressure. I applied just before Xmas which slowed things down(understandably)however i was updated at every stage. Appraisal for the car was sent straight away via email and its thorough. There was a few minor scratches that were marked and these were fixed prior to my delivery. Arkin from aftersales took over after I had selected the car and was very professional and understanding if I wasn't sure of something and made sure I was up to date with expected delivery and times. I've received car today and Arkin called and we went over the car on the phone. This is my first car on finance as my credit really is poor and there was never any judgement, so far I'd definitely use them in future. If you're on the fence go for it. Throughout this process I've been working so the texting was really helpful and Arkin was especially patient as I tended to miss his call first time and had to return the calls...just about everytime. Sorry Arkin!”

“I am so happy choosing this company! I just received my new car and is just brilliant! The customer service was excellent, Hasan helped me all the way from the very start, by sending me different options, cars, he quickly understood my needs and gave me the best option, the car I have now. I really appreciate what Hasan did for me, appreciate this company, and of course the delivery driver was so nice and professional. Thanks a lot all of you!”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Other companies say they can help but actually don’t. Forget all them and go direct to the best i3 motor finance, they do what others can’t. “Very poor app doesn’t work . Website not much better . Requested several times for more details via what’s app more details about cars, as requested to do so, but no reply. Was offered one car priced at £4775 but actually saw it on auto trader valued at £3450 . So not recommended”

“I applied online had a response very quickly. I looked on the car search section for a little while trying to decide what vehicle I wanted. I chose a 2014 Vauxhall Antara 4x4. I ordered the vehicle. It was all very quick and easy to do. I had my car delivered on the 05th January. Arkin was a great help with sorting everything out his end. I would definitely recommend i3 to friends and family that are struggling to find car finance.”

“Was a very fast process and didn’t have to speak on the phone while busy working, did most by message and email. Delivery was great meaning I didn’t need to take time out of work to pick up. Service was fab so helpful with any queries.”
