Claire was great kept me updated through the whole process made sure everything was perfect to be honest everyone I spoke with was amazing all so helpfull and polite I would deffo recommend them also Mt new car looked amazing .

Getting a new car was a smooth and well organised experience. No problems at all and I was able to drive it within days. Many thanks to Claire and Shannon, who were helping me through the whole process. Well done ladies! Great communication and profesionality! Would highly recommend!

Only just received vehicle and on first impressions it is lovely. Drives lovely. Cold weather is making it take it's time to start. Like I said, only just got it so time will tell. There were a few issues that needed resolving but Hasan hopefully will be deal with it on agreed time scale. As all HP agreements, price is always above showroom prices but overall good service.

Well i3 finance was pretty quick with a decision and was able to communicate through text message as I work nights so that was pretty handy also car arrived on time overall a great service

I got a car; the application process was good and I was happy. I left a positive review. A week into having the car it wouldn’t start and I got the RAC out. They discovered the battery was completely knackered and that there was an issue with the thermostat. I spoke to i3, a few days later they collected to video to return it to the dealer for repairs. I had to chase up the collection and the returns. Nobody kept me informed. Another week later it was returned to me. A sub par battery was used and I raised some issues about the car with the “complaints team”. I was expecting a call back but not yet had one. A week on from the vehicle being returned the engine management light has come back on, which indicates to me the necessary repairs weren’t done. I was advised that I can be assured they won’t be using that particular dealer again! That doesn’t help me paying a premium rate on a finance deal and having no use of my car for almost 3 weeks of the 5 I’ve had it. Not to mention the expense of taxis and favours whilst my car’s not in use. I’m disgusted with how my case is being handled and I’m now ready to escalate the issue or just terminate my agreement.

I had an outstanding complaint due to a fault with the car and Donna owned it from start to finish and clearly put a lot of work into resolving it fully. Very happy with the service.
